Terms and conditions for “Chung Yuen Electrical Promotion” of Bank of
Communications Credit Card
1. “Chung Yuen Electrical Promotion” (“The Promotion”) is applicable to
credit card(s) issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. ("the Bank") in
Hong Kong through its Hong Kong Branch, Pacific credit card issued by
Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. in China, and the card and such other
cardholders may be designated by the Bank from time to time
(”Designated Credit Card”), both Principal and Supplementary cards
inclusive. It is not applicable to the Bank of Communications Pacific
Internet card and gift card.
2. The Promotion is valid from 1 July to 31 August 2016, both dates inclusive
(“Promotion Period”).
3. The Cardholders are required to make transactions with the designated
credit cards at all Hong Kong outlets of Chung Yuen Electrical Co. Ltd.
(“Chung Yuen Electrical”) to enjoy the Promotion.
4. “Up to 50% off selected items” is only applicable to designated items.
5. Special Offers and items are limited available while stocks last. The
promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Chung Yuen Electrical,

6. Any refund or product exchange is subject to the terms and conditions of
Chung Yuen Electrical.
7. Cardholders of the credit cards issued by Bank of Communications Hong
Kong Branch are entitled to 5% Cash Rebate upon a single net transaction
of HK$2,000 or above conducted with the Designated Credit Card at
Chung Yuen Electrical. Each Credit Card Account is entitled to a maximum
of HK$200 during the whole promotion period. The extra cash rebate
under The Promotion will be credited to principal card account before 30
November 2016.
8. Eligible card transaction to enjoy 5% cash rebate shall be subject to the
transaction date records of the Bank. The credit card account must be
valid, non-delinquent and in good financial standing when the Cash
Rebate is credited. Any interest-free transactions, fraud or abuse, false,
unauthorized, cancelled, refunded, unposted transactions will not be
applicable to The Promotion. The Cash Rebate reward awarded is only for
retail spending after the close of the Promotion Period. The eligible spending
amount of a Supplementary Card will be combined with the Principal
Credit Card account but the Supplementary Card is not entitled to the
reward of the Promotion. Transactions of different Principal Credit Card
Accounts under the same credit card cardholders cannot be transferred or
combined into the eligible spending of the Promotion to enjoy Cash Rebate
reward. The Bank will verify the credit card transaction record to confirm
credit card accounts' eligibility for the Promotion and the entitlement of the
Cash Rebate reward. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant
original sales receipts and Credit Card sales slips for inspection upon
request by the Bank. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to
submit the relevant original sale receipt(s) and Credit Card sales slip(s) for
further investigation by the Bank.
9. Cardholders of the credit cards issued by Bank of Communications Co.,
Ltd. in China are entitled to 5% Cash Rebate upon a single net transaction
of RMB500 or equivalent amount of foreign currency conducted with the
Designated Credit Card at Chung Yuen Electrical. Regarding to the “5%
Cash Rebate” promotion for Mainland cardholders, please refer to
http://creditcard.bankcomm.com for more details.
10. Cardholders with a single net transaction HK$1,000 can enjoy the 6, 12, 18
and 24 months interest free installment and subject to the terms and
conditions stipulated in interest-free instalment application form.
11. The Promotion is not applicable on purchasing Chung Yuen Cash Voucher
and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or other discounts and
is not transferable.
12. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and
coupons.
13. All the products demonstrator and photos are for reference only.
14. The Bank and Chung Yuen Electrical reserve the right to amend any terms
and conditions, change or terminate the offers without prior notice. The
Bank and Chung Yuen Electrical accept no liability for any changes or
termination of the offers, any changes or termination of the promotion will
not be notified separately by the Bank.
15. The consumers shall understand and accept that all products/services are
not provided by The Bank. The Bank have no responsibility or obligations
to the products or services (including but not limited to the quality and
quantity) provided by the merchants under any circumstances.
16. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the Bank and
Chung Yuen Electrical.
17. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these
terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
