The Standard-Knapp 598 Tritium™ is a high-speed, continuous-motion shrink wrapper that operates
at speeds up to 120 trays per minute. Equipped standard with Robo-Wand™ wrapping technology,
consistent, precision wraps happen every time – no matter the product size or wrap style.
Standard-Knapp's engineering team has
designed the 598 Tritium™ Shrink System
in collaboration with our major customers to
improve machine uptime, reduce maintenance
requirements and simplify operation. It can be
used as either a stand-alone machine or with
our Continuum™ Tray Packer as a continuousmotion Tray/Shrink System. The Tritium's
robust stainless steel modular construction is
designed for reliable, efficient 24/7 operation.

Robo-Wand™
Modular Construction
Each module is engineered to extremely
tight tolerances for precise positioning
during machine assembly. This accuracy
ensures gentle product transitions and
smooth transfers between conveyors.
Removable Guard Doors
The entire film feed bed pivots downward to allow
the entire assembly to easily slide out from under
the machine, providing full access for inspection
and maintenance.
Magnetic particle brakes, combined with a linear and
electronically controlled film tension dancer bar system,
prevent film tension fluctuations and produce consistent
film cuts and product wraps.
Robo-Wand™ wrapping technology electronically
adjusts to the perfect profile for each specific
product, enabling consistent, precision wraps every
time. No change parts are necessary.
Each guard door is mounted using half-barrel
hinges, allowing quick, easy removal of door
for open access during machine maintenance.
Machine safety interlocks prevent the machine
from starting until doors are reinstalled.
