Transfers or Park & Fly:
Our transfer to St. Louis on the day of departure will depart the Chateau on January 21st at 1:00 a.m. arriving St.
Louis Airport at 4:00AM. For our return we will arrive in Bloomington, IL at approximately 7:00 p.m. on
January 28th. The cost is $100.00 per person.
If you prefer you can choose a Park & Fly hotel for $139 per room in St. Louis for the evening of January 20th.
Proof of Citizenship: You will be required to present a passport that is valid through July 21, 2017
at time of airport check-in.
Once paid, all monies are non-refundable unless the package can be resold at full price. In such case, a full refund, less a
$200.00 per person administration fee will be given. No exceptions. Therefore, cancellation insurance is highly
recommended.
Suzi Davis Travel highly recommends travel insurance which provides reimbursement coverage for trip cancellation for
covered medical reasons, and other benefits include Bankruptcy/Default, Trip Delay, Accident Medical Expense, Sickness
Medical Expense, Common Carrier AD&D, 24-hour AD&D, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Medical
Evacuation, and emergency, toll-free, travel assistance. Trip cancellation insurance is available at a rate of $135.00 per
person and must purchased at time of deposit. The added benefit of purchasing the insurance is that the $50 roundtrip cost of one checked bag per person is waived.
