Diamante Cabo San Lucas
Diamante is nestled on 1,500 acres of stunning coastline and magnificent dunes along 1.5 miles
of Pacific coastline, located within the city limits of Cabo San Lucas. It is a paradise of beauty,
privacy, luxury and world-class service. Hand-crafted Hacienda-style architecture hints of
another era when hospitality and relaxation were paramount. The Diamante site is located
approximately 6 miles, and a 10 minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas and represents
the next stretch of oceanfront resorts being developed along the Pacific Ocean heading north
from “Lands End”. The site is accessed from Route 19; the main highway connecting Cabo San
Lucas to points north (Todos Santos and La Paz).
Diamante’s fully integrated master planned community features numerous world-class
amenities. Enjoy golf on our internationally ranked Dunes Course designed by Davis Love III
or the championship course by Tiger Woods Design named El Cardonal (Opening December
2014), or hone your skills at our unique golf practice facility with private hitting bays and slider
bar. Recharge at one of our on course comfort stations that offer complimentary cocktails and
gourmet small plates throughout the day. You can also relax beachside along our sparkling 10acre Crystal Lagoon or enjoy water sport activities like kayaking and stand up paddle boards.
Play a game of tennis, workout at our state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Club, horseback ride
along our 1.5 mile private beach, enjoy many of our spa offerings including a full body massage
or simply soak in the Cabo sun and enjoy the local hospitality.

Diamante Life
Diamante Cabo San Lucas is a private facility for the exclusive use of its membership. Access
to all the amenities is only possible if you are a property owner with membership, a residence
club owner staying on property, guest of a member or if you are staying on property in one of
our residences.
We have created a few “Diamante Life” options for those of you who are not yet members but
want to experience living at Diamante for up to 7 nights with full membership privileges.
These four (4) and seven (7) night stays are available for a limited time, based on availability.
These special incentives and the ability to stay in one of our residences are available for a onetime only booking.
The Diamante Life Experience includes the following:

Private roundtrip transportation - San Jose International Airport (SJD)

Accommodations in one of the following properties:
i. 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath Golf Villa (Sleeps up to 8)
ii. 2 bedroom/3 bath Residence Suite (Sleeps up to 4)
Use of all amenities including the 10-acre Crystal Lagoon, Health & Fitness Club, 25meter lap pool and tennis.
Daily golf or spa services each day for four (4) people staying in a Villa or two (2) people
staying in a Suite during your stay. Golf would be either on the award winning Dunes
Course designed by Davis Love III, currently ranked #52 in the world by GOLF
Magazine and #1 in Mexico by Golf Digest, or the Tiger Woods Design El Cardonal
course which opens in December 2014. Additional golf or spa treatments for those in
residence would be at the discounted member/guest rate of $160/pp.
Golf access includes the following:
i. Use of all practice facilities.
ii. Complimentary food/drink/snacks at the practice facility slider bar and two
on course comfort stations.

Golf Villas
Planned around Diamante’s Dunes Course, the golf villas capture extraordinary views of this
unique golf environment. The approach to the planning of the development begins with a basic
understanding of the surrounding areas. The Villas are a reflection of the great Mexican
Haciendas, designed around a dramatic courtyard. The Great Room has been planned between
the terrace and the courtyard with the ability to open up to the outdoor environment and
become one contiguous space offering maximum flexibility. The villas are 4,000 square feet
with 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms with the following amenities:
