Departure Times – Hours indicated are times of departure from Gray
Line’s Union Station Terminal (bus level parking garage).
Boarding – All tours leave Gray Line’s Union Station Terminal.
Meals – Meals during tours are not included except where noted, but
lunch stops are scheduled on all day tours.
Included in Price – The fares shown include transportation, all
admission charges, and accommodations as stated on motorcoach
tours. All of our drivers are licensed Washington, DC tour guides.
Child Fares – The child fares apply to children ages 3-11 on all
motorcoach tours and 5-15 for Big Bus Tours Hop-On Hop-Off tours.
Cancellation — Gray Line reserves the right to cancel or change any
tour, schedule, route or price, and to cancel or substitute tour stops
without notice. Any tour may be cancelled if fewer than ten (10)
full fares are sold by scheduled departure time. Tours will not
operate on January 1, Inauguration Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.
Rates – All rates are subject to Washington Metropolitan Area Transit
Commission approval.
Reservations – Reservation requested for groups of 10 or more.
No eating, drinking or smoking allowed.
Weather – Tours operate rain or shine, Gray Line reserves the right to
cancel tours in the event of severe weather conditions.
ADA – While not required, we recommend you provide 48 hours’ notice
if a wheelchair accessible coach is required to expedite our service for
you. Please call 1-800-862-1400.
Prepaid/Internet vouchers – Customers with prepaid vouchers must
bring their printed vouchers with them to Union Station, with the
exception of the Big Bus Tours. Those customers can take their Gray
Line vouchers to any of the over 50 stops and board the bus.
Refund Policy – Refunds made outside of 48 hours are subject to a
10% refund fee. All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and
policies are subject to change.
Responsibility: All of the tours in this brochure will be carried out under the
business management of Martz Gray Line Tours of Washington, D.C., Martz
Trailways.

and is in no way to be considered the principal or the operator of the subject
services. Gray Line shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury,
accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect or
through the acts of omissions of any company or person performing or rendering
the services other than motor coach transportation described in this brochure.
The only contract shall be the motorcoach transportation contact ticket when
issued and delivered to the passenger, and by acceptance of such ticket, the
passenger agrees to the terms thereof.

Tours start at approximately 1:30 p.m.
on Memorial Day and Veterans Day
The interpretive service in Arlington National Cemetery will
run from the Visitors Center to the National Park Service’s
Arlington House and back. Hop off at any of the stops,
and back on when you are ready to resume your tour. The
Changing of the Guard Ceremonies occur at the Tomb of
the Unknowns every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour,
April through September and on the hour every hour October
through March. Arlington National Cemetery is an active
cemetery and tours may be temporarily halted due to funerals
or other events inside the Cemetery.

Express shuttle service to Arlington National Cemetery from
Union Station with key stops on the National Mall. This
shuttle will leave Union Station continuously throughout
the day and is an excellent, inexpensive way to get directly
to many of the most sought after memorials and locations on
the Mall and Arlington National Cemetery. DC’s newest
and best form of transportation helps you to navigate the
deceivingly long National Mall. Purchase your tickets on
our website, from the driver at one of the stops, at Arlington
National Cemetery or at the Union Station ticket office;
located on the bus level of the parking garage. A one way
trip is to Arlington National Cemetery or Union Station or
until hopping off at one of the stops in between. Round trip is
