Typography
Good layout of your text can make all the
difference with your Business TV screen.
Below are a few pointers that should steer
you in the right direction:
1. Try to ensure your headline is large,
concise and to-the-point.
2. Headline size should be twice that of
your main body text.
3. Use colour to break up and highlight
certain text.
4. Use bold to accentuate important
information.
5. Try to leave plenty of space around your
text, an overcrowded page will not be
inviting to read!
Fonts
Where possible Meta should be used
for the corporate and internal brand,
and Neo-Sans for Whoosh! If these
fonts are not available a simple san-serif
like Helvetica or Arial should be used as
a substitute.

Illustrations
The illustrations are designed to emphasise the user-friendly outlook
of our brand. They give a human feel and keep the brand’s message
informal and innovative.
The rules to using our illustrations help to maximise the visual
appearance of our collateral and must be followed at all times. The
rules are as follows:
1 The illustrations are to be used within the ‘graphic frame’ and
MUST use NO MORE than two colours from the corporate palette
(including white).
2 The illustrations MUST NOT be made up of more
than two colours.
3 They can bleed outside of the graphic frame,
but MUST NOT be visible outside of it.
4 They MUST NOT encroach upon the logo
or strapline.

The brand graphics are made up of two
parts. There is the graphic mark and then the
background that they sit on. We want to make
sure that these are used correctly and will
explain how we intend the brand graphics to
be used.
The graphic mark
The graphic mark is a combination of concentric
circles that are an abstract representation of the
freedom and forward thinking ethos that the
Whoosh! brand is built upon.
The example opposite demonstrate how to use
the graphic mark correctly.
Here is an example of how to crop and use our graphic mark.
There is no limit to the size it can be enlarged to, or what part
of it to crop. It MUST always be used in this way.
