TRUSTUL CRE – Who are we?
We come with „a different life style”, focusing on medium-high
class dwelling market

In 2004 the Cluj based company, Telezimex, together with SEAF
Trans Balkan Romania Fund, founded CRE Trust, a real estate
investment developer which offers people a different life style, a
different way to invest and manage a property.

The ideal remained the same, and nowadays the CRE Trust
companies provide a complete solution in real estate: investment
and management for real estate development, property
administration services and interior design.

Through our residential projects, we intended to create value for
Cluj residents, to propose to our clients a different lifestyle, one

We wanted to impose a different lifestyle for the residential
segment and we succeeded that through our premium
project: Bella Park, one of the first deluxe compound in
Cluj’s market.
We started the first construction phase in 2006, and
designed two rows of buildings (houses and flat villas).
The success of this idea reflected in housing sales, so we
decided to extend the project starting the second
construction phase in 2009. Bella Park The Extension meant
building the third row of buildings, with the same
architectural description as the first two.
Now, Bella Park it’s a community that we are proud of, with
90 residential units – houses, flats, penthouses.

BELLA PARK I - Description
Bella Park represents an elegant and safe district that includes 24
houses, 24 villa flats (including 4 penthouses). The district is 100% sold
and already became a community.
We succeeded in respecting our promises and our attention to the
details made this project a real estate success:

• A special playground dedicated to all the children from Bella Park
district

The success of this residential development brought a new
project to the table. Trustul CRE decided to invest in this district
extension – Bella Park – The Extension represents a similar
residential development of the deluxe district Bella Park, the
third important investment of Trustul CRE on Transylvania s real
estate market.

BELLA PARK II – Present Status
The present development stage:
In December 2012 we succeeded in finishing Bella Park - second stage of
the construction. the houses exterior is completed with thermal
isolation, decorative painting, windows, front doors. All the exterior net
of all the utilities is completed, the water, electric and gas system
being ready for the house connection. One of the two villa flats has
reached the third floor, and the other villa construction has just been
started.

The architectural lines from Bella Park The Extention remain the
same as in Bella Park, the first deluxe district. Our intention was
to form a united elegant and civilised district, green, clean, safe,
and with a rafined appearance.

The construction work uses a reinforced concrete foundations, 30
centimeters thick brick and 10 cm external poliester layer.
q 
High finishings: wood or natural stone pavements, 4 sandston
colors and models in the kitchen, bathroom and hall way area,
termoisolated windows in PVC systems. The houses and the flats
have big terraces designed with grass, wood or natural stone,
depinding of the client preferences, the terraces being
transformed in real gardens.

Bella Park adds new concepts to the lifestyle desired by Trust CRE ®
for the residential market in Cluj:

SARABELLA’s generous terraces (around 60 sqm) have been
transformed into real gardens. The terraces are fully circulated
and can be arranged with grass, shrubs and flowers, as future
owners preferences.

"Health is better than all" – a saying that we agree on. Therefore,
we decided to transform THEABELLA’s ground floor into a medical
area. Health surveillance is now available to all owners of Bella
Park and the other people living in the Buna Ziua district.

THEABELLA flats villa includes a type of apartment that is a real
novelty in Cluj: studio apartment. With a height bigger than a
normal apartment, the flat is subdivided vertically (living room &

Because Bella Park is already a community, we thought to it’s
younger members, too, by arranging an outdoor playground. The
children can now play with swings, seesaws, slides and other
specific wood construction.
