Workshop training will cover all Utility phases, Narcotics, Cadaver. All levels of experienced K-9
teams are welcomed. NAPWDA certification will be available in all phases offered if so desired.

Room Rate is $75.00 plus Tax per night
(This hotel is for Master Trainers, Trainers and anyone attending that does
not have a dog. There is a block of rooms under Mountain States K9.
You must BRING AND USE a kennel crate in the hotel room. You
are responsible for all damages your K-9 causes.
Workshop Registration Fee:
$250.00 for Dual-Purpose
$200.00 Single-Purpose
No registration refunds within 60 days of workshop. No Exceptions!

in the K9 Workshop. I furthermore state that my canine and I are in a physical condition necessary to be able to
participate in the events, as needed for training and certification purposes. I hereby waive and relinquish the North
American Police Work Dog Association, further referred to as NAPWDA, and Crazy Mountain Kennels and the
county of Stillwater and Sweet Grass, their affiliates, sponsors, organizers, and or all participants, for any injury,
mental or physical, to myself or my canine. I also agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth by
NAPWDA and the event organizers. I furthermore will accept responsibility for any damage caused by my canine or

Join teams from several Mountain States by
attending this training and certification.
NAPWDA certifications will be offered as well as classes to include Court
Testimony for K9 and Scent Movement as well as scenario competitions.
Patrol scenarios will be conducted with the dog in muzzle
Dual-Purpose : $250.00
Single-Purpose: $200.00
(Team consists of one dog and one handler)
Registration and payment must be received by
May 31, 2015 unless other arrangements are
approved. Registered teams will receive a packet
with itinerary and training venue information.
Cadaver Teams: Must be registered by
May 31, 2015 and paid. No exceptions!
Rooms have been blocked at the Columbus Super 8 Motel
under Mountain States K9. Rate is $75.00 + tax .
