BUFF®, located in Barcelona, created
“the Original Multifunctional Headwear”.
The brand was created in 1992, but its legacy goes all the way back to 1927
when the Rojas family, founders of the company, built their first textile
factory. Ever since then, generation after generation have been dedicated to
the knitting business, creating and establishing a tradition that ended up
becoming the foundation of BUFF®.
The company grew within the sports industry by developing and
providing high tech accessories for extreme sports and high demanding
athletes. Today, it also has a lifestyle collection that includes the latest
sport street-wear trends. From the most technologically-advanced
fabrics to the latest sport lifestyle trends, the brand continues to
innovate every season. Available in over 70 countries, and providing
its clients with neck and headwear products, the company keeps on
growing and evolving.
BUFF® designs, creates, produces and distributes over 90% of
its products from Igualada (Barcelona), the place where it all
began. Both the offices and the factory are based in the same
12.000m2 building, giving the company complete control over
all the processes that go between designing a product and
delivering it to the end consumer.
Our family history, Barcelona based company, and high
quality standard are elements that have made it a renowned
accessories brand. These fundamentals were present from
the very beginning of the brand, and today they are the
standard taking the company further into the future.
One of the natural icons that impact the company
on a daily basis is the Montserrat Mountain. This
extraordinary multi-peaked formation can be seen from
BUFF® headquarters and is a source of inspiration for
the collection designs, as well as the perfect field to
test many of the brand’s high tech accessories.

* Samples of fabrics have been tested for erythermally effective UV
protection by LEITAT-Textile Technology Institutes in accordance with
the standard AS/NZS4399: 1996 “Sun protective clothing-Evaluation
and Classification”, results ranged from 93,3% (UPF≥15) to 96,7%
(UPF ≥30), averaging 95% UV protection (UPF≥20).

times around the neck providing higher warmth and comfort effect.
INSECT SHIELD
Technology applied for a long-lasting, effective personal insect
protection. A proprietary formulation of the insect repellent pe
methrin provides an odorless and invisible non-harmful effect to
our products tested active after 70 washes. It protects against
mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers and midges.

Head diameter: 53/62 cm. Size fitting most of adults.
· CHILD-JUNIOR SIZE
Head diameter: 50/55 cm. Designed to fit most of boys and girls
between 4 and 12 years old.

Head diameter: 45/51 cm. Designed to fit most of babies up to
3 years of age.
MOISTURE MANAGEMENT
Sweat and moisture are transported through the fabric away fro
the skin. Provides comfort and helps keeping body temperature

FASTWICK EXTRA PLUS
A knitted fabric made of knitted polyester forming a special honeycomb

and keeps comfort under a high intensity activity.
REVERSIBLE
Designs and patterns in both sides of the product. Two styles,

ADJUSTABLE DRAWSTRING
Trimming system added to allow the product optimal comfort fit
