have to be expensive. TrendSet now offers you a unique and cost-effective opportunity. The TrendSet.TV Exhibitor Interview affords you
an attention-grabbing means of communication that is exactly tailored to your products.
The only thing you have to do is apply for an interview at the next TrendSet fair. With a bit of luck, you will be among the chosen exhibitors. The
TrendSet.TV presenter Jennifer Victoria Withelm will then interview you live during the fair. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will have the opportunity
to give your company and your products maximum exposure. The resulting 30- to 60-second video will then be uploaded to the TrendSet.TV channel
at YouTube, where the video can be viewed at any time. Furthermore, you can easily link from your website to the video. In addition, the video will
be shown on the TrendSet homepage. Finally, we will provide you with the video as an mp4 file with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels (HD Ready)
for your personal use.

General Terms and Conditions
The subject matter of these terms of agreement is the activity of TrendSet
GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “TrendSet”) with all its customers. These
terms of agreement are also valid for future orders between the customer
and TrendSet, even when they are not explicitly mentioned. By placing an
order, customer consents to these Terms and Conditions.
The customer shall cooperate in the performance of the service. In particular,
the customer makes available to TrendSet at no charge all documents
necessary for processing the order.
In the case of an immediate and legitimate complaint, TrendSet may, at to its
discretion, provide rework or replacement within a reasonable period of time.
Should the rework or replacement be defective for the same reason, the
customer may, at its discretion, rescind the contract or reduce the payment
in consultation with TrendSet.
Claims for damages arising from delay, impossibility, breach of contract,
culpa in contrahendo as well as liability in tort are excluded, insofar as
the damage has not been caused by willfully malicious or grossly negligent
conduct. TrendSet also does not assume liability for defects in executing the
order which arise through erroneous information or data of the customer.
Arranged deadlines are valid only when explicitly confirmed by TrendSet.
Unless special agreements between the customer and TrendSet have been
made, all invoices of TrendSet shall be due and payable immediately from the
date of invoice without deduction. The customer is not entitled to any rights
of retention.
The customer bears the responsibility for the content and legal admissibility
of the texts, graphic representations or images intended for publication.
TrendSet is not obliged to determine whether orders and individual services
affect or might affect the rights of third parties or violate or might violate
existing laws and regulations. The customer releases TrendSet in this
respect from all claims of third parties.
TrendSet accepts no liability for documents, copies, and other objects submitted by the customer to TrendSet for processing orders. INCREON GmbH
(hereinafter referred to as “INCREON”) conducts the “Marketing Services”
measures on behalf of TrendSet. Copyright and right of use of all services of
INCREON, whether textual, graphic, photographic, or programmed (source
code), are the exclusive property of INCREON unless otherwise agreed in
writing. INCREON is hereby released from all claims of liability.
Place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from the
contractual relationship is Munich, Germany. All contractual relationships,
including future ones, even when they relate to business outside Germany,
shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Should any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions or of the
contract between TrendSet and the customer be or become legally invalid,
the contract or remaining terms and conditions, respectively, shall remain in
force. The parties oblige themselves to and agree to replace the invalid term
or condition by one that most closely approximates the economic intent of
the invalid term or condition.

The German original shall prevail and is binding.
