The main purpose of this study was to find out the

The study was conducted

survey design. The target population
was 120
respondents. This consisted of employees as follows: 30 from the marketing department,
from the administration,
30 from the planning department

and 30 from the human resource
department. A sample size of96 was derived from this population. The sample procedure was
conducted through simple random sampling and stratified random sampling. Questionnaires
were administered
for data collection from the respondents
and a pilot study was conducted
to validate them. The data from this study was analyzed by the use of scientific packages for
social scientists (SPSS) and Microsoft Excel. Data was presented by using tables,bar graphs
and pie charts.
The findings of this study will contribute to the improvement
organizations.
