Uncapping devices
with capping extruder
The device is available in four variants of efficiency: up to
50 kg/h, 100 kg/h, 200 kg/h and 500 kg/h. The machine is
designed to separate the honey and ironing cappings in a mechanical way.
This process takes place inside a perforated cylinder where
rotating separation-compression module squeezes the honey
which enters the holes between the separating shaft
and the perforated sheet metal and trickles onto a
sieve underneath, while the remaining wax is pushed
and compressed by the screw within the extruder
and is then extended. As an effect we get a dry wax
ready for remelting.
This device consists of three elements:
uncapping machines, frame storage table and cappings
extruder.
Uncapping table is available in three variants:
a) manual
b) with manual feed uncapper
c) with automatic feed uncapper
The uncapping table combined with the cappings extruder
improves work efficiency and reduces waste of honey.

For pedestal installation requires two stands and two wooden

Description:
Weight scale designed to monitor and report of behive’s
weight changes. On this basis, we can draw conclusions
about what is happening in the apiary, eg. Honey production
rate, what is the consumption of food stocks.
Weight scale is mounted in one of the hives, it has a large
worktop 62×62 cm and stable stand. Seperate SIM card is
required for the unit to be able to send notifications.
Information about hive weight can be received as follows:

Pump is made of stainless steel with a solid mounting frame
and is suitable for pumping honey. There is screw conveyor
inside the duct.
The pump can be mounted to a wall or set on a barrel with the
help of a dedicated cross-bar (included).
The device is used to evaporate water from the honey.
The water contained in honey should not exceed 18%.
To prevent spoilage of the fresh honey, excess of water
should be removed. Capacitor removes water from honey
by using warm air and platters rotating at a speed of up to
9 rev/min.

Gear. A worm gear drive is applicated. The axis of honey
extractor’s basket is directly coupled with the gear.
Drive. Honey extractor drive consists of a high gearmotor gear series THF eco-line,directly coupled to the axis of
the basket of honey extractor inverter-enabled optimization
of the system. The implemented drive can reduce power
consumption by up to 35% whilst maintaining the excellent
technical parameters of honey extractor.
The use of a series of gear THF increases the life of the
device, as well as reduces the noise.

The cassette basket is fully reinforced, made of acid resistant stainless steel rods, equiped with cassettes, which
design allows for securing the frames from breaking the
honey combs. Cassettes are joined together by springs
which allow them to return to the initial position.
Basket is additionally positioned in two housing: upper
and lower.
The radial basket is entirely made of stainless steel acidresistant rods. Rings of basket are equipped with properly
shaped mounting frames to prevent falling over during
centrifugation. It is also journalled in two housings: upper

Description of honey extractor
3,4-frame tagential honey extractors are made of acidresistant stainless steel. Available with manual, electric or
manual+electric drive.
The drum is made of acid-resistant stainless steel,
strengthened and reinforced, with a drain.
The whole drum is made of steel with thickness 0,6mm.
The stand is made of stainless steel.
Construction of the tangential basket - Tangential basket
made of acid-resistant stainless rods, with a thickness of
0.3 mm and 0.5mm. The bottom of the drum is made of
acid-resistant stainless steel with the thickness of 0.8mm
Manual metal drive mechanism made of steel and it is
powder coated. Sprocket-wheels made of steel, transferring torque to the axle of basket (by turning).
Electric drive 230 V /12V power supply, equipped with the
new control system.
Transparent Cover, made of acrylic glass, protects against
the danger of contact with a rotating basket and helps to
stay clean.

4 – nozzle honey filter
Consists of 2 stainless steel pipes, acid – resistant, with
the diameter of 48mm (6/4").
The vertical pipe is finished with the connector that
enables easy filter-to-pump hose insertion.
The horizontal pipe is equipped with 4 nozzles with the
diameter of 42mm (5/4") with ball valves and flexible
sieves.
The entire structure rests on 4 legs with adjustable
spacing for easy fitting onto all types of uncapping
tables.
Each of these 4 filters can be switched on or off by
turning the appropiate valve. It is useful during the
cleaning of each filter.
The filter can be fitted onto 1000 or 1500 mm tables.
All components are made of acid-resistant stainless
steel. The device is user-friendly, easy to transport and
clean as the requiered elements are easily dismantable.

The device is adapted to melt the wax and the uncapping frames.
Wax melter has a water tank, which is fed through a hose plugged
into the tank. The tank is equipped with a water level sensor that automatically opens or closes the flow of running water, depending on

Every honey processing workshop needs an individual appoach for space management.
To make this easier we introduced new line of built-in,
very flexible in their form warming cabinets, that can
also double as honey storage cabinets.
Pricing depends on device size and chosen options.
Optimal decrystalization temperature is between 35
and 40°C. Honey must not be overheated during the
process or it will lose most of its’ properties (above
40°C).
Fresh honey is thick and clear. After some time it gets
naturally crystilized. Warming the crystalized honey
to 40°C for couple of days causes it to return to its
original state.
Electronic temperature controller with LCD display –
range of regulation between 30 and 55°C.
