PLEASE NOTE: NO MAKE-UPS FOR UNEXCUSED ABSENCES. ALL EXCUSED ABSENCES MUST BE MADE UP BY THE
END OF COURSE DATE. Withdrawals are accepted by the Readak teacher up to and including the first FOUR hours of
instruction. Withdrawals within this time frame will be charged a per-hour rate, plus a $20.00 service charge. NO REFUNDS
AFTER FOUR HOURS OF CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION.
