Grand Launching of Belle Fleur at CitraRaya Tangerang Ecopolis
Tangerang – On Saturday 8 March 2014, CitraRaya Tangerang held grand launching for Belle Fleur at Ecopolis, a
premium cluster of housing in CitraRaya. Belle Fleur becomes one of clusters developed in Ecopolis cluster. Inside
CitraRaya are super facilities such as mall, hotel, eco plaza, shopping arcade, office park, hospital, schools (Citra Berkat
and Tarakanita), theme parks (Water World, World of Wonder) and club house and all these facilities are very strategic
to be reached from Belle Fleur.
The grand launching presented various activities, such as open house of show unit, talk show with Suhu Yo discussing
about the prospect of property in CitraRaya Tangerang from feng shui perspective followed with free feng shui
consultation with Suhu Yo, live music with Saptoto The Voice and luncheon for all the guests. Event of picking the unit
became the main event. It followed the raffle of sequential number for purchasing the unit which was done up to end of
tha month before and this became very exciting, with personal consultation for the picking with Suhu Yo, from feng shui
perspective.
And to attract new consumers joined at that day, CitrRaya also offered special price only at the grand launching (price
would become normal after the event) and consumers also have chance to win prizes such as Galaxy Note 3 gadget plus
Informa furniture amounted to Rp 5 million or Rp 10 million. Consumers were also given simple payment method of 24month instalment and down payment can be installed in 18 months.

Cooking Class with Tupperware at Ciputra Mall Jakarta
Jakarta – Klub Mama, sponsored by Tupperware held cooking class activity with the theme of Kids Bento Menu on
Saturday, 8 March 2014 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. This time they presented chef and expert in cultivating kid food to become
many beautiful and exciting forms that are loved by kids. Apart from this, the appliances uses for making this should be
environment friendly and safe for kids. Tupperware has met these criteria. In this event, chef and expert also informed
how to cook and serve the meal nicely that kids will eat heartily and like to eat food that are prepared at home. Food
stuffs used should be healthy food, consists of rice, meat and vegetables.
The event was closed with question and answer session and gifts were distributed to all participants. There were 57
participants took part, from a total number of 50 targeted. This activity gained positive response, as the topic presented
was being an upward trend and was very useful for mothers with kids who don’t like or very difficult to eat.
Corporate Social Responsibility from CitraGarden BMW Cilegon
Cilegon – CitraGarden BMW Cilegon, the residential development located at Jalan Raya Serang-Cilegon, Kramatwatu
Serang is continuously aligning the concept of The Green Lifestyle by planting a total of 500 mango and breadfruit trees
at the river flow area of Ciujung River, Purwodadi Village, Lebak Wangi Sub-district (Kecamatan), Serang District
(Kabupaten) on Wednesday, 5 March 2014. CitraGarden BMW has the green lifestyle concept, while Ciputra has Eco
Culture concept, so these two concepts will be harmonized.
Ciujung river flow area often disconcerts the society, especially when it is raining heavily, because the flood that
overflows sometimes can reach above 1 meter height. That’s why it needs to have preservation at the river flow area.
CitraGarden BMW got an offering to co-operate in doing this from Agency for Preserving Environment (Badan
Pelestarian Lingkungan Hidup) of Serang District, namely Forum for Preserving Ciujung River Flow Area (Forum
Pelestarian Daerah Aliran Sungai Ciujung). According to Mr. Daniel Chandra, Deputy General Manager of CitraGarden
BMW, CitraGarden BMW welcomes and appreciates program like this because it has same vision and mission with
CitraGarden BMW. And also Citra Garden BMW would like to create greenery area not only inside the project, but also
around the project. “In the future, we will invite other institutions to do CSR activities. We do hope this “Care to
Environment” program can be joined by other developers to preserve the environment. Because it needs to be done
together, can not only by one developer. And we promise this program will not stop here, we will continue till
ecosystem in Banten is preserved,” he added.
New Product of Stamford Cluster in CitraHarmoni Sidoarjo
Sidoarjo – CitraHarmoni held an event of durian party on 2 March 2014 to introduce its new product. This time, houses
offered are in Stamford cluster with the concept of shady landscape lay out, green and complete facilities for the
comfort of home living called Chichester and Liechester. Chichester type has land area of 90 sqm and building area of 36
sqm, while Lieshester has land area of 90 sqm and building area of 45 sqm. They all offer price from Rp 390 million, with
payment method of 5% down payment (Bank Rakyat Indonesia mortgage), instalment starts from Rp 2.8 million. There
were also promotion programs such as: free of deed of sale and purchase (Akta Jual Beli/AJB), transfer from developer’s
name to customer’s name (Bea Balik Nama/BBN), stampduty (Biaya Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan/BPHTB)
and mortgage fee (Biaya KPR). Apart from fees dismiss, customers will get bonus of air conditioner or television and

CitraHarmoni also held an open house, with the theme of meat ball fiesta on 16 and 23 March located at the marketing
office of CitraHarmoni. Besides, CitraHarmoni also took part in exhibition held at CITO from 15 to 23 March and at Plaza
Marina from 24 to 30 March. CitraHarmoni also held internal activity such as “Charm Competition” which can be
participated by all Ciputra employees.
Opening of Lobby Area of MyHome Apartment in Ciputra World
Jakarta 1
Jakarta – On 28 March 2014, PT Ciputra Adigraha, a subsidiary of PT Ciputra Property
Tbk, held an event of praying together as a grateful for the opening of lobby area of
MyHome Apartment in Ciputra World Jakarta 1. The event was led by Priest Sammy
Mandik, followed by cutting “tumpeng” by Mr. Johan Tomora, General Manager of
Marketing of PT Ciputra Adigraha.
CitraRaya Tangerang Anticipated the Dispersed of Dengue Fever
Tangerang – On 28 Mar 2014 CitraRaya Tangerang, in co-operation with Military (Koramil) of Panongan conducted
fogging activity in several schools in Panongan village and sub-district. Including the schools scheduled to be fogged
were Bahagia Junior High School, State Primary School 3 and 1, Tarisi State Primary School and Cipari State Primary
School. The activity was held to anticipate the dispersed of dengue fever, considering that after rainy season, there were
puddle of water everywhere, especially near the school.
