and effect devices for the show business and the entertainment industry
for more than ten years. Innovations and the implementation of sophisticated ideas are our expertise and our passion.

Fountain Flame
The Fountain Flame is a breakthrough design in the world of special
effects. Controlled via DMX, this effect generator shows a spectacular
interplay of fire and water: A flame travels up a jet of water and dances
on top of it, before it ultimately collapses into a fire ball below the falling
drops.

of up to 10 m

Flame projectors
Fivemaster
The Fivemaster flame projector by TBF-PyroTec has set new standards
for indoor stage pyrotechnics. Its five separate flame jets have an adjustable output range of 4 to 6 meters and can be controlled via DMX, either
individually or in programmable combinations.
The specially developed fluid and the reliable ignition system allow for
rapid fire sequences with bright and rich flame contours.
The built-in 3 liter tank stores enough fluid for approximately 1000 flame
jets. No pyrotechnical license is required for the operation of the Fivemaster (EU).
Flamemaster®
The Flamemaster is a propane-fueled safety flame projector with speedy
reaction times. It generates effective columns of flames up to 5 m with a
high frequency and is ready to impress any audience.
Combined with the DMX-compatible Flamemaster controller, up to 8 Flamemasters can be operated simultaneously – and, using the respective
software, even synchronized with music.
All over the world, the Flamemaster is used for spectacular background
effects on stage and on tour, for impressive special effects in film and
theater productions, and for the realistic depiction of fires and explosions
in amusement parks and theme parks.

VaryFire
The propane-fueled “Flamemaster VaryFire” is the Flamemaster’s big
brother. It is controlled by DMX and offers even more different fire effects.
• Fire balls from 0.2 to 5 meters in diameter, continuously
DMX-controlled via DMX
• Fire columns, 0.2 to 5 meters high and up to 30 seconds long,
continuously DMX-controlled
• Two individual DMX channels, for ignition and adjustment of the
effect height

Bigflame
The Bigflame is a unique safety flame projector, emitting spectacular
columns of flame with a height of up to 13 meters. The Bigflame is fueled
with propane gas and quickly ready for re-ignition.
Its high-tech safety features make the Bigflame easy to use and to
control. It is the choice of preference when very high or extensive effect
flames are desired, especially outdoors.
The large horizontal or vertical jets of flame make for the breath of a
dragon, erupting volcanoes, fulminate explosions, effect flames at sports
events, conjuring tricks with flames, the simulation of major fires, or a
spectacular background for musical events.
Firewall
TBF PyroTec’s Firewall opens up whole new opportunities for the creative
work with fire. The modules are manufactured in 1.5 or 2 meters of length
and can easily be ignited via DMX or a user-friendly control panel.
The specially designed burner tubes project a wall of fire with a height
of up to 1.6 meters – and almost unlimited length. The design allows the
ignition of up to 10 modules with one controller.
The flame monitoring by optical sensor, the quick-responding emergency
fuel-shutdown in case of a malfunction and the low-noise, high-energy
ignition sparks guarantee the highest security standards.
The Firewall is fueled with propane gas and works extremely economical.

Flame projectors
Spraymaster ®
The Spraymaster is the most recent development by TBF-PyroTec.
Aerosols are mixed with air in a special combustion chamber, and safely
ignited by a high-voltage electric arc.
As a special benefit, the fuel comes in cartridges that can be replaced in
a matter of seconds. That makes the Spraymaster exceptionally mobile
and fully independent of stationary gas supplies. A choice of various
effect fuels is available.
The Spraymaster projects columns of flame and fireballs with a height of
up to 4 meters.
For additional safety, a level switch automatically disconnects the unit
from the mains if it is inclined by more than 40°.
Lycomaster
The Lycomaster is fueled only by compressed air and lycopodium – the
spores of a plant.
A solenoid valve is used to blow compressed air into a specifically designed swirl chamber, where the air is mixed with the optimal amount of
lycopodium. Custom jet nozzles control the flow into a firebox, where the
mixture is safely ignited by a high-voltage electric arc.
This forms a fascinating, completely non-toxic flame with a particularly
beautiful shape. Ideal for fire effects where gas flame columns cannot be
used.
Feuertornado
The tornado swirls – restrained in a fire-resistant, two-meter-high glass
tube – on a beautifully shaped base, which houses the safety technology
and the fuel tank. Either propane gas, aerosol or fire paste can be used
as fuel.
The Fire Tornado is a truly unique fire decoration and is guaranteed to rev
up your event.

Flame projectors
Spraymaster ® Multicolour
The Spraymaster® Multicolour is the first device to allow the projection
of multi-colored flame effects with a compact and mobile system.
The unit is designed to accept three special aerosol cartridges at the
same time; cartridges are available for green, blue, violet, orange, red
and yellow flames.
Depending on the combination of aerosol colors used, it is possible to
produce completely new single-colored or multi- colored flame effects.
The cartridges can be replaced quickly and easily. Moreover, the Spraymaster® is extremely easy to transport.
The Spraymaster® projects columns of flame and fireballs with a height
of up to 6 meters. A level switch automatically disconnects the unit from

Starflasher
The „Star Flasher“ is designed to produce impressive sparkling fountain
effects in combination with one of TBF-PyroTec’s flame projectors, such
as the “Spray Master” or the “Flamemaster”.
The “Star Flasher” must only be connected and put on top of the flame
projector. Through a patented process, our “Star Powder” is injected into
the flame, resulting in a spark effect similar to a conventional pyrotechnical stage fountain.
The “Star Powder” is not a pyrotechnical set and develops very little
smoke. The “Star Flasher” is triggered via DMX, just like the flame projectors.

Gas fire bowls
Gas fire bowls are particularly well suited for outdoor use. A long burning
time and a safe and reliable operation, even after many hours, are characteristic for the gas fire bowls by TBF PyroTec.

NEU
Easy Flame NEW
The gas fire bowl „Easy Flame“ works without electricity. Just put a 6 kg
propane gas bottle into the casing, connect it to the fire bowl and press
the ignition button. The “Easy Flame” consumes 1.5 - 2 kg of propane
per hour, with a flame that burns 20 – 40 cm high.
Decorative fire bowls
For indoor use, we recommend our decorative fire bowls. The beautifully
shaped bowls are available in many different designs.
These fire bowls are not only a tasteful decoration, they also run with
real, smokeless fire. This is realized by using a special fire paste (also see
Brandpacks®, fire paste and fire gel), which burns almost without smoke
and odor. The combination of a real fire burning in an elegant shell puts a
notable highlight to any event.
Liquid-fire bowl
This new development is a fire bowl that is powered by a special liquid
fuel. The burner creates a calm and long-lasting, deep-yellow flame,
which burns with almost no smoke at all. The integrated 10-liter tank
supplies the bowl with fuel for up to eight hours without having to be
refilled.

Effects machines
Confetti Master
The Confetti Master is the ultimate confetti-cannon for dance clubs, venues and stadiums. Powered by compressed air or CO2, the confetti or
glitter is thrown up to 16 m high. The emission range and the consumption rate can be adjusted with a regulation valve.
The Confetti Master is different from usual confetti-cannons: its larger
footprint and the well-balanced center of gravity make it steadier, the
CO2-bottle can be strapped to the case, and the annoying confetti remains in the storage bay have been significantly reduced.
You can find a selection of confetti and glitter under “confetti”.
Wind machines
From “gentle breeze” to “stormy” – the wind machine “Trillerpfeife” does
it all. The highly resistant plastic housing, its easy handling and minimal
noise distinguish this wind machine.
Its frequent use in movie and theater productions is also due to its low
weight, which makes it easy for one person to rotate the device and
change the angle of the air outlet.

Fog tools
Jetmaster
Our “JetMaster” generates columns or semicircular walls of fog with
a height of up to 8 meters. No fog fluids or chemicals are needed; the
“JetMaster” is connected to a conventional dip tube CO2 bottle with a
standard high-pressure hose.
You can optionally use three different and easily interchangeable nozzles,
available with 6 or 8 meters of emission height, or a fivefold nozzle with
an output radius of 3 meters to each side.
The “JetMaster” can be controlled via DMX.
Lowfogmaster
The TBF Lowfog-Master turns any fog machine into a high-performance
ground fog generator. Its unique technology makes it possible to completely cover large areas with ground fog in next to no time (about 300 sqm
in less than 15 seconds).
The Lowfog-Master uses CO2 to cool the fog from the generator and
creates a thick ground fog by swirling it out. The TBF fog fluid “Easy L”
lets you create a particularly long-lasting fog.
The Lowfog-Master is the ideal complement for light and laser shows,
convincing fog depictions for film and stage productions, and for a wide
variety of uses in theme parks.

Unique 2.1:
DMX as standard, variable output and haze density, minimal warm-up
time, minimal noise, easy programming and low fluid consumption…
these are just a few of the features of the vapor generator UNIQUE 2.1.
It is the newest model in the UNIQUE-series, which is successfully used
on stages all over the world since many years.
You can find the suitable haze fluid for the UNIQUE 2.1 under
“fog fluids”.
Fog machines
TBF-PyroTec offers a select range of top-quality fog machines. These
devices are exclusively manufactured in Germany and particularly distinguished by their high durability. An assortment of high quality fog liquids
can be found under “fog fluids”.

Ignition systems
Ignition Master
The TBF Ignition Master system reliably combines modern DMX control
programs for stage effects with the high safety standards required for the
operation of pyrotechnical devices.
The modular TBF Ignition Master system consists of a control unit and up
to 64 connectable ignition boxes with various effect holders. From a total
of 512 available channels, eight channels are assigned to each of the ignition boxes, which can trigger up to 160 different pyrotechnical effects.
The control unit is activated by the DMX software and sends digital trigger commands to the ignition boxes. Due to the deployment of the DMX
512 technology, one cable is enough to activate all connected ignition
boxes and trigger the desired effects just in time.
Galaxis
The professional ignition system for all pyrotechnicians.
We offer Galaxis ignition systems for the well-tried Profi-series and the
new Advanced-series.

Fire materials
Fire paste and fire gel
TBF PyroTec’s fire pastes and fire gels burn wherever they are applied –
in fire bowls, on walls, in a burning barrel, in the film studio, on the stuntman, on ice, indoors or outdoors, with black smoke or almost no smoke
at all, with a normal or a custom-colored flame.
Brandpacks
The Brandpacks® Color were originally developed as fuel for our outdoor
fire bowls – but, under the right conditions, they can be used indoors just
as well.
Our Brandpacks® Color are guaranteed to be safe and simple to use.
They are particularly economical and have been widely used on various
events throughout Europe. Available in red, green, blue, orange and yellow; special colors on request.
A new variant of the fire packs are the Jellypacks, which contain fire gel
as fuel.
Fire liquids
For those using torches and wicking materials, we offer the following
fire fluids:
• Fire fluid low smoke
• Colored fire fluid – red, green, blue, orange
• Fire fluid torch oil
Lycopodium
Lycopodium is composed of the dry spores of clubmoss plants (Lycopodium Cara). We only use material of the highest purity and quality. We
receive a sample of each harvest of our cooperation partner in order to
ensure a consistently high proportion of essential oils and thus a product
of top quality.

Stage pyrotechnics
Our trusted cooperation partners for stage pyrotechnics are Wells
Fireworks, LeMaitre and PyroPak.
Flash paper, flash cotton and flash cord
We offer flash paper, flash cotton and flash cord in various types and
sizes.
Examples:
Flash paper to “conjure” wrapped objects with a jet of flame.
Flash cotton to simulate shots in muzzle loaders, for magic tricks, or as a
propellant.
Flash cord to release suspended objects, or to ignite fire art.

Fog and smoke supplies
Fog fluid
Our fog fluids have been tested by the independent Fresenius Institute
and were classified as safe products. The high-purity ingredients guarantee a long service life for the fog machines they are used in.
Our selection of fog fluids:
• Easy III
• Easy IV
• Easy Tiny – specially for our fog machine Tiny
• Easy L – specially for the ground fogger LowfogMaster
• Easy Haze – specially for Hazer Unique 2.1
Smoke supplies
We offer the following products for creating smoke effects:
• Smoke pellets: they emit as much smoke as a cigar or a
beekeepers’ pipe. Available Color: white.
• Smoke cartridges: four minutes of smoke emission, similar to a burning tire. Available in all colors.
• Smoke powder: the more powder, the more smoke.
Availablecolor: white.
Smoke effects should generally only be used outdoors or in rooms with
appropriate ventilation. Unlike fog, smoke consists of small particles,
which can cause damage to the lungs, regardless of the color.

Refractories
Flammex
Flammex is a low viscosity product for the impregnation of textiles.
It is applied with a spray bottle, a spray gun or by dipping. After drying,
the fabric has a flame-retardant impregnation. Prior to use, especially
with costumes, a small sample should be treated with Flammex for testing purposes.
Water glass
Water glass (sodium silicate) is a well-tried agent for the flame-retardant
impregnation of all rigid materials. Materials treated with water glass, like
wood or straw, cannot be easily ignited.
Stunt gel
Stunt gel is applied in a thick layer on body parts that need protection; it
delays the heating impact of fire.
Particularly for fire artists and stunt people this product is an indispensible utensil to protect themselves from the consequences of exposure to
fire. The stunt gel is skin-friendly and odorless.
Fire proof fabrics
TBF-Pyrotec offers a wide selection of fire-proof fabrics with different
properties.
• Heat-resistant and fire-resistant fabrics
• Absorbent ceramic wool
• Kevlar
We also use heat-resistant and refractory fabrics to create hoses, curtains or other items. We will gladly help you to find the right material for
any specific purpose.

Theatrical SFX materials
Theatrical blood
Pigmentol, the theatrical blood developed by TBF-PyroTec, is a film
blood with outstanding qualities:
• Very natural look and flow behavior
• Applied Pigmentol does not dry out
• Easy to wash from skin and clothes
• Skin-friendly
• Storable for several years without refrigerating
Pigmentol is a natural and pigmented food coloring. It is available in
bright red and dark red.
Icing powder
The effect powder “Eisfix” is developed by TBF-PyroTec and creates a
remarkably realistic icing effect on surfaces.
“Eisfix” is:
• non-toxic and skin-friendly
• easily washable
• flexible for many hours
• not cold.
Theatre dust
Our theatre dust is non-toxic, extreme finely grained and easy to remove.
Due to its very low aerodynamic density, it stays in the air for a long time
and does not sting the eyes. Thus, our theatre dust has excellent properties for the use on stage.

Made from environmentally friendly polyethylene, this flawless-looking
artificial snow has outstanding falling properties. It is also available in
black, red, blue and yellow.

Iridescent artificial snow PE
Nacre-like, colorfully shimmering artificial snow. Dispersed on existing
snow decorations, this product creates a remarkably realistic and glittering snowscape.

• Layer thickness to cover surfaces: approx 3.5 cm
• Quantity per sqm: approx 0.5 kg
• Cost per sqm: approx 9.00 €
Paper snow extra white
Very white and very realistic-looking artificial snow from special paper.
Ideal to use as decorative snow. Even up close, this snow looks remarkably real. To avoid formation of dust, the snow should be moisturized
with water from a garden sprayer or the like. After moistening, you can
even form loose snow balls from this artificial snow.
