Suburban Detroit’s commercial real
estate vacancies continue to fall.
During the third quarter of 2015
overall vacancy dropped to 6.7% as
more than 2.5 million square feet was
leased. With this, demand for space is
high and rental rates are on the rise.

In order to provide our
clients
with
good
service, our snow removal contractors
require everyone's cooperation to make
sure their way is clear. Please remove
vehicles or materials from the parking lot
during the overnight hours when snow is
predicted. By moving any company
vehicles off-site, there won’t be a chance
they get plowed in. Those vehicles
which are inoperable or without
registered plates must be removed or
they may be towed from the lot at the
owner’s expense. Any cars left in the lot
should clearly be marked with who it
belongs to and how to reach the
responsible party in case we have to
move it.
