LEO LARGE PROFILE Leo Large started djaying at the tender age of 14, as the
official DJ of the band “Kurzer Prozess”. Their first single “HH
Altona (Hamburg Altona)” was released on the Vorsprechtermin Sampler, in Germany 2001. Early 2008, Leo moved to Cape Town, South Africa to study Bcom Business Management,
major in Marketing. He went ahead to make his name in the hip
hop and house music club scene in Cape Town and was
voted SA’s TOP 5 Hip Hop DJ, in the MTN HYPE AWARDS 2010.
His discography quickly grew while producing songs for South Africa’s A-­list rap musicians, incl. Slikour - Kholwa, (Album:
Ventilation 2, 2009), Proverb – Truth Or Dare (Album: Write Of
Passage, 2009), Skwatta Kamp – Sghubu (Album: Fair and
Skwear, 2009), Prokid – Party Time (Album: Continua, 2012),
Jozi,
Redbutton,

Collins, Stan 1, Ziqo (Mozambique) and many more.
It’s no surprise that Leo Large is a favorite when it comes to DJ selection for events.
He has performed all around the world with Germany, South Africa and Mozambique being his current major playgrounds. Festivals and large crowds are his
speciality as you can see in this video here. He is known for teaming up with his friend
and production partner Fritzz The Cat.

crowd, which brings life to every party the minute he steps in the dj booth.
He has shared the stage with SA’s best such as Slikour, Skwatta Kamp, JR, Da LES,
Kwesta, Goldfish, DJ Euphonik, Tira, Ready D, Oskido, Milkshake Lulo Café, Dimplez,
Naked DJ, Black Coffee, Kent, Shaun Duvet, Roger Goode and supported international

music legend Ishmael Morabe, Veezo and JR. The song is
