dinner parties and its elegant yet simple Alaskan
gourmet dining. Whether it is king crab, USDA Prime
beef or catch of the day, we strive to deliver only the
freshest and highest quality ingredients.
Fresh Water Fishing
Out of Alaska’s more than 3000 fresh water streams, we have
picked 40 of the very best. Experience fishing in crystal-clear
creeks, glacier-fed rivers and gravel-bottomed brooks where
salmon and trout abound. Fish for 12 fresh water species: 5
species of salmon, arctic char/dolly varden, lake trout, steelhead, northern pike, rainbow trout and grayling. Fish with fly or
spinner. Wade, drift or troll on our river sleds. Our experienced
guides cater to both novice fisherman or expert angler.
“The most complete fishing experience possible. The
fishing was only out classed by the service and food.”
Steve Lewis, CA
Saltwater Fishing
Truly the halibut capital of the world, Cook Inlet brings the most
extreme halibut experience within grasp. Halibut up to 300 pounds
are caught every year. Leave port for the deep-water haunts of the
halibut and salmon all season long. Giant ling cod and rockfish
become available in July and August. Our comfortable 28ft cabin
cruisers are equipped with air ride seats and are armed with
Accurate Reels plus the finest terminal tackle. Each boat caters to
only 4 guests for the optimum salt water experience.
