Energy Transfer is engaged primarily in
the transportation, storage, gathering,
processing, compression and treating
of natural gas and the transportation,
fractionation and storage of natural gas
liquids (NGL). Energy Transfer, a Texasbased energy company founded in 1995
as a small intrastate natural gas pipeline
company, is now one of the country’s
fastest-growing natural gas and natural
gas liquids transportation companies. We
own and operate a diversified portfolio of
energy assets, including approximately
62,000 miles of midstream, intrastate and
interstate natural gas and NGL pipelines.

• Through our NGL transportation
and services segment we operate
approximately 2,300 miles of NGL
pipelines, three processing plants,
four fractionation facilities and NGL
storage facilities with aggregate
working storage capacity of
approximately 53 million Bbls.
Lone Star NGL, a joint venture with
Regency Energy Partners, provides
natural gas liquids storage, fractionation
and transportation services in Texas,
Louisiana and Mississippi. Lone Star's
assets include a 1,066-mile NGL pipeline
in Texas and 43 million barrels per day of
storage capacity at Mont Belvieu, Texas.
