INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Winkleigh Pine Furniture, please feel free to take a
look around our workshop as well as the showroom. We also
stock a range of building materials from roofing slates to terracotta
flooring. For more details please take a timber price list—
materials can be found and viewed in our holding area to the rear
of the building. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate
to ask.
Winkleigh Pine Furniture first began in 1985 when an interest in
Reclaimed pine furniture began to grow. With timber coming into
the yard from demolition sites all over the country we have been
able to create some beautiful pieces from a wide range of timbers.
As the years have progressed Winkleigh Pine Furniture has
increased production in order to meet the high demands.
We believe, by using reclaimed timber we are not only creating
some individual and characteristic items of furniture we are more
importantly, and have been since 1983, actively helping to save
the environment by recycling and reusing the worlds natural
resources. We invite you to take a look around the timber yard in
order to see the process from start to finish. We currently have a
dedicated team of 40 employees of which each individual role is
vitally important to production.
We continue to create traditional style farmhouse furniture as well
as making many bespoke pieces to meet customer requirements.
Please ask a member or staff for more details if you are interested
in bespoke furniture or kitchens. We will be happy to provide you
with a no-obligation quotation.
PLEASE NOTE
Some movement, dents and seasoning splits are normal and not a fault, these
can be waxed or simply left as part of the piece’s distressed rural charm.
These prices are subject to VAT @ 20% and are for furniture in standard pine
wax finish. We can use a Jacobean (dark) wax finish if required at an extra
15% per item.
