XactAnalysis is the industry’s most powerful analytical and
reporting tool. As claims flow through its full-cycle network,
XactAnalysis constantly monitors the data to help catch errors,
report on progress, and benchmark performance.
The XactAnalysis Network
The XactAnalysis network integrates with your workflow and
allows you to send and receive assignments for valuations
and estimates to staff, independent adjusters, or contractors.
The network automates the process, reports on progress, and
speeds communication and customer service.
Tracking
Powerful tracking features let you know when an assignment was
made, when it was accepted, when it was returned, and much
more. You are also notified when your company’s standards
are not being met. For example, if you have a company policy
that all policyholders must be contacted within 48 hours after
reporting a claim, the network will warn you if more than 48
hours have elapsed without a contact. Assignment receivers can
communicate reasons for delays, such as a homeowner who
may be out of town for a few days. Powerful tracking features
improve turnaround time while allowing the adjuster to be more
accurate and efficient.

Catastrophe Management
Xactware invests heavily in capacity so the system is always
prepared to handle any sudden spikes in volume after a
catastrophe. The network capacity is maintained at 200% of
normal volume. This extra investment paid off for Xactware
customers in the aftermath of the record-breaking hurricane
season of 2005. Although volume on the network almost doubled
for several months, no down time, slowdowns, or any other
diminished functionality occurred in the XactAnalysis network.

on, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the unlikely event
of a catastrophe, Xactware’s main data center automatically
switches to another separate, highly secure location.
All Xactimate estimates sent through the XactAnalysis network
are audited twice: once in the field and once on the network.
Advanced XactAnalysis inspection algorithms find possible
errors and help focus your quality assurance team on areas
where they are most needed.
Security
XactAnalysis uses the same online security used by major online
banks to protect your data. A highly sophisticated backup system
that includes hospital-grade generators and offsite backup
servers ensures that your data is safe and secure.
XactAnalysis Integration
Xactware’s integration team is the best in the industry. The
integration team can provide seamless login, data exchanges,
and more between your system and the XactAnalysis network.
For example, your company may have a system you use when
policyholders report a claim. The same policyholder information
you use to log the claim can be integrated with the XactAnalysis
network to automatically assign the claim.
The XactAnalysis network is designed to work with a wide variety
of file formats—from ASCII files to XML. Whatever your format,
the integration team can connect your claims system, call center,
or field network to the XactAnalysis network.
With XactAnalysis, you also have the ability to export any work
product (estimate details, notes, photos, sketches, and so forth)
from the estimate file back to your native claim system. This

XactAnalysis Reports

ISO ClaimSearch®
Customers who use both XactAnalysis and ISO ClaimSearch
have the option of seeing ISO ClaimSearch information when a
new claim assignment enters the XactAnalysis network. When a
claim is reported to XactAnalysis for a property damage appraisal,
a search request is sent to ISO ClaimSearch. Any prior property
claim matches found in the ISO ClaimSearch database appear
as a report inside the XactAnalysis file.
XactAnalysis Quality Review
XactAnalysis Quality Review is an optional online module that
can be added to XactAnalysis by companies looking for an elite
quality assurance program.
XactAnalysis Quality Review is designed to allow reinspection
teams to work without interrupting the standard claims and
inspection workflow.
The XactAnalysis Quality Review program is designed
specifically for reinspection workflows and works in real time. It
can be customized to meet your specific needs, and data can be
separated from other claims management programs.
With the XactAnalysis Quality Review program you can
automatically assign reinspections, document findings, track
progress, follow-up on recommended actions, and report on
discovered trends.
Custom report options allow you to tailor reports to your

Estimators can quickly sketch floor plans and graphically scope
damaged items, attach photos, and print reports. Assignments
and Xactimate estimates with attachments can be easily sent via
the XactAnalysis network.
360Value: Underwriting departments can use 360Value to
value homes for policyholders using the same pricing database
used to settle claims. Finished valuations can be automatically
sent along with the electronic claims assignment. This enables
the claims handler to validate underwriting data and suggest
any changes.
XactInfo: This collaboration tool allows homeowners to keep an
online inventory of personal property items found in their home.
Homeowners can browse by feature, department, or room to
find and add their contents items to each room in the house.
XactInfo tracks specific item information (model number, vendor,
and more) and stores an online list that can be accessed by a
contents estimator if a claim is filed. This collaborative process
makes the estimator’s job easier and ensures a more accurate
settlement of the contents claim.
XactContents: Estimators use the XactContents module within
Xactimate to estimate contents by brand name, model, or by
item features. When items are discontinued or obsolete, items of
like kind and quality are suggested. Pricing comes from trusted
retailers with the source indicated to facilitate online fulfillment of
replacement items. RCV and ACV are automatically calculated.
