Directions: Rt. 72N past Manheim, left on Pinch Rd (before reaching the
Turnpike). Left on Rt. 117 thru Mt. Gretna to Mt. Wilson Rd. intersection
(Rt. 241) - lot on right after taking a right at stop sign.

About the Newsletter:
The Prez Sez…
As the warmer weather is upon us, I hope that you have exciting plans for the
summer. With this welcome change in season, we can anticipate a few of our
favorite summer socials; Sommerfest at the Leiderkranz – June 7-8, “Show &
Go Bike Ride” & Lunch – June 22, Summer Picnic – July 20, Annual Corn
Roast – Aug 17, & our Annual Golf Outing at Cool Creek – Sept 14. Our Social Chair, Lynn Scott, is hard at work planning these and other exciting events
& we encourage everyone to come out & join in on the fun! These social
events are a great way for old friends to keep in touch & for newer members to
get acquainted with other club members. We all know how quickly our calendars can fill up, so be sure to jot down these dates.
Our trips for the 2013-2014 ski season will be announced real soon. Jon & his
committee members have been hard at work finalizing all the details. Be sure
to send in your membership renewal so you won’t miss out on one of our major
trips, which go on sale in July.
Don’t forget those Friday night “Happy Hours” which are always a good
time…..another wonderful time to socialize with all your buddies from the Lancaster Ski Club!!
If you have any questions, suggestions, or requests, please do not hesitate to
talk with any of our Board Members, Committee Chairs or me personally. And
again, remember that anyone is welcome at any time to attend our Board Meetings throughout the year.

bear left at Y, through 1 lane underpass and
turn right into the first driveway (2nd home)
after the RR underpass (drive is hidden, so
it’s easily missed!!).

Summer is fast approaching and the Trip Committee has been hard at work pulling together
some exciting 2013-2014 season trip offerings.
This year the Board has already approved the trips proposed for the 2013-2914 ski/boarding
season.
