Description
ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR HOLIDAY HOUSES is the lovely cabin "VILLA FRIESLAND" in Spain on the Costa-Brava.
It is located in the well-kept and quiet urbanization - nestled in a wooded hills Vizcondado de Cabanyes-. This is a
newer detached house in south-west location, built in the Spanish style over 2 floors. The house is very tastefully
decorated, for discerning tastes. The overall property is fenced child friendly and all sides. The house has a garage
and in front car outdoor parking spaces behind a lockable gate. A vehicle is required.
The detached, secluded cottage is on 2 levels. Laterally, the garage is the entrance area. In addition to the hall, the
3 bedrooms including bathrooms with access to the covered terrace are located. About the preferred inr the
entrance hall staircase to reach the very large living and dining room with fireplace. Behind the open, fully
equipped American kitchen is installed. preceded the rooms there is a large breakfast balcony overlooking the
forest landscape, large garden and 4m x 8m
Swimming pool (salt water - no chlorine) with Roman steps.
The garden spreads along the ground floor and is equipped with various Mediterranean plants elsewhere with
cactuses and naturally planted with an ur-old olive tree. The garden has been very well maintained and decorated.
There are good transport links by the proximity to the city of Gerona (40 km) well served (airport / train / highway).
The beach of Palamos about 6 km, the beach of San Antoni about 4 km, the beach of Playa d'Aro about 8 km away.
Various shops are at 2.5 km. Golf is about 8 km, tennis ca.2,5 km.
The nearby surroundings are endless sightseeing attractions.

würde Ihnen, dann unserseits gegengezeichnet - bestätigt.
Die 2te Rate (25% Mietsumme) wäre 3 Monate und die Restrate (50% Mietsumme) ein Monat vor Mietbeginn fällig
zu zahlen.
Die Zahlung zusammen mit den Kosten Service/ Endreinigung (100.-€) samt der zu hinterlegenden Kaution (400.-€)
erfolgt beim Einzug vor Ort in Bargeld.
Beim mängelfreiem Auszug wird Ihnen die Kaution ebenfalls in Bargeld rückerstattet.
