Located in Greenville’s Tobacco Warehouse district
near East Carolina’s main campus
Adjacent to the Norfolk Southern railroad which
carried tobacco to Durham, Raleigh and Charlotte
Early 1900s construction
Built in 1905 and was originally a stemmery and
prizery
In 1923 addition was added and later in 1947
replacement windows and artificial siding were
installed
In 1964 was sold to Bostic-Suggs Furniture Company
Goal of Design

the warehouse building into a clubhouse
 Preserve the original building and its history
