Selli`s Favorite Biscotti Recipe - Friends of Italy Society of Hawai`i
“I was not a baker nor big cook before
I had kids. Once you have kids you
realize that you want to feed them the
best healthy foods, and biscotti are a
good healthy snack. I love to bake
them soft for my kids but drier for me
to dunk in caffe latte. The crucial
moment is on the first baking when
you take them out from the oven. Let
the log rest, otherwise when you start
cutting you will have lots of broken
biscotti.”
