COTTON’S COCKTAILS £8.50
China Breeze
a refreshing blend of Coconut rum, Appleton white rum, lychee and
fresh lime juice. Warning…looks can be deceiving.
Bounty Hunter
Coconut rum, dark cacao liqueur & cream. Garnished with chocolate
shavings .
Sorrel Sling
Another Cottons original. A large measure of Beefeater gin mixed
with fresh lemon juice, sorrel squash, cherry brandy and topped
with soda.
Caribbean Yellow Bird
a mix of Captain Morgan dark rum, banana liqueur, Galliano and orange &
pineapple juices
Strong Back
this is one drink that will put added strength in your back. Dragon
Stout, Wray & Nephew overproof rum, condensed milk and nutmeg
blended with ice. Yeah man …
Black Forest Martini
Chairman’s Spiced Rum, vanilla syrup, blackberries,
Crème de Mure and cream.
Coconut and Bannana Daiquiri
named after an obscure Cuban river, this has become the drink of
the West Indies. A large measure of Appleton white rum, fresh lime
juice and sugar. Also available in a variety of flavours …passionfruit,
strawberry, raspberry or mango
Mai – Tai
invented in 1944 by Trader Vic’s ‘Vic Bergeron’ this rum cocktail
mixes Appleton VX rum, fresh lime, orgeat syrup, orange liqueur and
sugar. After a sip you’ll be shouting ‘Mai Tai roa ae’ which means
out of this world, the best in Tahitian’.
Jamaican Mule
A Caribbean classic of Appleton special rum, angostura bitters, fresh
lime juice and ginger beer.
Mojito
one of the most popular cocktails today. A long refreshing mix of
Havana rum, mint, lime and sugar with crushed ice. The original also
comes with a fruity twist as well; passion fruit, strawberry, raspberry
or the house special – pineapple and ginger
Wild Caipirinha
Cachaca infused with green tea, dark rum, homemade nettle syrup
and lime juice with crushed ice. Refreshing.
Jamaican Sour
Appleton VX infused with butter(!) and almonds, lemon juice, sugar
syrup and egg white. Cannot be missed.
Old Plantation
Plantation 3 rum, maple syrup, dash of grenadine and orange bitters
gently stirred over the ice. Strong and classic.
Cottons Pina Colada
a blend of Havana 3 yr old, coconut rum, cream, pineapple juice and
coconut cream.
Killler Doppi
This one’s only for the brave. 4 different rums, apricot liqueur, blue
Curacao, orange , pineapple and lime juices. Created to turn the
living into a ‘doppi’...that’s Jamaican for ghost !!!
Reggae Rum Punch
This will get you singing like Bob Marley. Wray & Nephew 63 %
overproof rum, orange, pineapple and lime juice with grenadine .
Cotton’s Punch
Created here at Cottons. a powerful blend of Wray & Nephew
overproof rum, orange, guava, pineapple juices, grenadine with a

Cuba Libre
