Operational Support teams for C&W.

the University of the West Indies. He is also a

Sherland is the former Team Lead for Network
Optimization at Cable & Wireless (Barbados)
Ltd. Previously he held a regional RF

experience in major network operator
environments and has focussed on

Dr. Leroy Logan is a retired
Superintendent having served 30
years in the Metropolitan Police
Service (MPS)
Before retiring he was was part of the national
police team that successfully coordinated the
safety & security of the London 2012 Olympic &
Paralympics across the UK,

additionally he contributed to the post Games
Legacy security report to Government.

Leroy has a BSc from the University of East
London (UEL) & his achievements for his
contributions to policing include the: 1. MBE in
2000. BSc 2. Honorary PhD from the University
of East London 2013.
Jenny held technical leadership positions at
Extelcom, Nextel Communications, Clearwire,
and Sprint. She is currently the Vice President
for Radio Access Network for LightSquared,
where she is responsible for the company’s radio
access network strategy and engineering.
She is a graduate of the University of Santo
Tomas in Manila, The Philippines, where she
received a B.S. in Electronics and
Communications Engineering and has
completed executive education programs at
Georgetown and UC Berkeley.

Metropolitan Police Service (MPS)
in London. At the Met, he held
managerial responsibilities in
finance (under the Proceeds of
Crime Act 2002) and in human
resources.
Alfred has practiced employment law and
featured in a variety of high profile cases on
issues around equality.
In 2006 he was elected Chairman of the
Metropolitan Black Police Association.
He managed sensitive security issues both
within the service and communities served by
the MPS.
A consummate diplomat, Alfred continues to use
his experience to the benefit of Neptune Mobile
and its customers.
