sales skills required. Must have excellent PC keyboarding skills.
Working knowledge of ICOMS or other call center billing system
preferred. General understanding of technology as related to all
products offered by Time Warner Cable preferred. Experience
using a predictive dialing system preferred. High school diploma
or equivalent required. Six months to one year sales and/or
customer service experience preferred. Prior telemarketing
experience preferred. Successful applicant must pass a drug
