Workshop Performance

Corn Stock Tent
for Kids aged 7 & up
Final performance of the workshop at the tent.
The theme this year is “Red, White &
Broadway”. The workshop is topped
off with a performance for family
and friends under the Corn Stock
tent at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July
20 at the Corn Stock Tent. Both the
Theatre Center and the Corn Stock
Tent are wheelchair accessible.
The Corn Stock for Kids Summer
Workshop offers children and
teens ages 7-18 a chance to learn
all about theatre--from singing,
dancing and acting, to the wide
variety of opportunities available
backstage.
Our fun-filled classes pack a lot of
learning into three days. The
performance-based format gives
kids a taste of what it’s like to be
in a show, offers fun classes that
enrich creativity and expression,
and provides opportunities to
form new friendships. Sessions
run from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily
and each are age specific.

Each participant is provided a
themed workshop t-shirt that is
included in the price of
registration. T-shirts are to be
worn at all times during the
workshop and the performance in
the tent.

around the Corn Stock Theatre
Center. Corn Stock Theatre is
located in the Upper Bradley Park,
off Park Road, near Nebraska
Avenue. The Theatre Center is
approximately 300 yards south of our

Modest clothing is to be worn
(shorts must be “finger tip length”
or longer….bottom of shorts reach
fingertips when arms held straight
down). Campers must wear
comfortable shoes and clothes
that they are able to dance in. No
flip-flops!
Check in will be 9:30-10 a.m. on
Monday, July 18. Lunch is not
provided in the workshop fees, so
please send a cold lunch with your
child each day of the workshop.
