MECO Punishes PV Solar With Want to Exit the ObamaNation?
Pay Obama $2,350 !
Proposed Fees for Grid Tie
Shocking changes coming for rooftop grid-tied PV solar electricity users!
They may have to pay big new fees under HECO/MECO’s plan submitted to
the Public Utilities Commission. These electric public utilities want to add an
unspecified connection charge [reportedly $71 per month Molokai/Maui County]
to households using rooftop solar. Currently, households connected to a PV gridtie system pay $20 PV-meter charge. The proposal also calls for a fixed monthly
fee of $55 for all customers on Oahu and an additional $16 for those with PV systems. Meanwhile, the company wants to purchase excess electricity from households with rooftop systems at about one-half the current rate i.e., 16 cents per kilowatt hour, compared to the more than 30 cents per kilowatt hour it now pays.
“We looked the economics for customers that would want rooftop solar and
that was actually the basis for the adoption rate that we put forward that triples distributed generation over the next 15 years,” said HECO. “The payback period for
solar might be three to five years with the subsidies we have in place today. Under
the more equitable structure, we think it’ll get maybe to seven to nine years, which
would be very competitive with a solar-heavy state like California.”
If the PUC adopts HECO’s plan as is, Blue Planet foundation is concerned PV
households will simply disconnect from the electrical grid altogether.
“Technology is changing so rapidly and with the advent of these home energy
storage systems that are decreasing in cost, people might decide it's not worth it
(and) might go on their own,” said Mikulina. "That's actually a situation we don't
want in Hawaii because wealthy folks will do that first and strand everyone else
paying for the whole system. So, the utility needs to find this model that actually
compensates folks fairly for the electricity they produce."
On the Big Island and Maui County, part of Hawaiian Electric’s proposal calls
for the expansion of geothermal energy, which has been controversial, especially
among native Hawaiians. Not mentioned in HECO’s filing with the PUC are any
plans to convert it from a for-profit company to a co-op or nonprofit utility. As a
private company, HECO can raise the amount of capital needed to help modernize
the state’s electrical grid.
"We're still going to need significant amount of up front capital, and you need
access to the capital markets to get that kind of access to funds," she said.
Mikulina says Blue Planet wants to be named an intervenor in HECO's filing
with the PUC, which would allow the environmental group to provide expert testimony and help shape any proposal for Hawaii's energy future.
“Everyone can participate in this,” said Mikulina. “This is really a shared
resource in Hawaii and energy touches everyone in one way or another.”

Yep. Reminds me of the social welfare scam, where you play by the rules,
work hard, buy your own food, then have the Government (or in this case,
MECO/HECO) confiscate your earnings and turn it over to the undeserved.
Agree!! HECO painted themselves in a corner by not trying to offer solar. Now
they are mad so many of us switched. We pump electricity into their grid EVERY
month, and now they want to charge us MORE?
It isn't "fair" to make the non-solar customers pay more to maintain things
because they don't have solar? So don't make them pay it!

Hey! Just Cut Constance Lau's exorbitant CEO pay and pay it towards giving back all the money to people who spent on solar panels to lower their electric
bill. This is a bunch of bs on HECO's part. Time to fire Connie and end the
monopoly they have in the State of Hawaii.
Obama wants you to pay big if you want to renounce your Citizenship.
The cost of getting rid of US citizenship has quadrupled to $2,350, starting on
September 6th, 2014, and the State Department says it is necessary to cover the
real cost of processing an application to lose citizenship.
Obama’s State Department defended it the price tag saying it had to reflect the
true cost of the process.
“Demand for the service has increased dramatically, consuming far more consular officer time and resources. Documenting a US citizen’s renunciation of citizenship is extremely costly, requiring American consular officers overseas to spend
substantial amounts of time to accept, process, and adjudicate cases. The
Department believes there is no public benefit or other reason for setting this fee
below cost,” wrote Under Secretary of State Patrick Kennedy.
But Kevyn Nightingale, a tax adviser to people who want to give up their US
citizenship, said that he could not believe the process really costs that much.
“It’s supposed to be a cost recovery change and not a tax revenue generator.
Having watched the process with so many of my clients, I have trouble believing
that it really costs $2,350 apiece,” he reported.
Nightingale pointed out that the State Department notice gives an estimate of
a consular officer’s time at $135 an hour working for 20 hours.
“That means that they feel they’ve got almost 20 hours for each person who
is expatriating, and that seems like a lot of time to process the paperwork. I have
trouble believing that it’s 20 hours of time. This is, like most government fees,
an arbitrary amount. I don’t think you can say much more about it,” he said.
Kennedy says in a memo that the process involves at least “two intensive
interviews”, but people who have been through the process say the time they spend
in the consulate is much less than that.
Patricia Moon who renounced her citizenship at the Toronto consulate in 2012
said it took nothing like that amount of time.
“The questions are minimal and I didn’t spend more than 15 minutes at the
window either time. It’s not intensive. They ask you: ‘Are you aware of the ramifications of your actions?’ And ‘Are you doing this of your own accord?” she said.
New ObamaCare taxes and other tax laws have seen a record number of
Americans renouncing their citizenship this year. In the first quarter only just over
1,000 Americans gave up their nationality, according to Bloomberg News. That’s
a hike from the 670 who did so in the same time span last year, and it’s already
one third of the way to matching the total number of Americans who renounced
their citizenship the whole year in 2013.
However, an Obama Administration spokesperson said that the price increase
was not meant as a deterrent. “We can’t speculate on whether the backlog for renunciation appointments will ease as a result of the fee.”
Critics have said the price increase was more than twenty times the average
cost in other countries. This is all about taking our money for ObamaNation.
In order to leave America, citizens have to prove they’ve been paying
ObamaTaxes for five years. In addition, if you are worth more than $2 million or
if you’ve been paying income tax of $157,000 or more, then you have to pay an
additional exit tax like a capital gains tax.

Jews Bomb Palestinian City: 2,100
Civilians Dead; Thousands more Injured
More than 2,100 Palestinians, mainly civilians, were killed during the 50-day
war by Jews against Palestine.
But, the Jews complain that a soldier wounded in fighting in Palestine’s Gaza
Strip died Sunday, bringing the Israeli military toll in the recently concluded conflict to 66. Six Jewish civilians were also killed, including one agricultural worker from Thailand
The Jewish military says 20-year-old Sergeant Shachar Shalev was wounded
on July 23, six days after Jewish military ground forces entered the densely civilian populated coastal strip to kill and destroy their enemy.
Talk of a two state solution is a sham Jewish distraction. What a crock that
was. The biggest mistake the UN ever made, which most countries besides the US
have now come to realize, was creating the race-based Jewish state of Israel in
1948.
Israel’s Jews are inflicting a holocaust on the Palestininans again after the
genocide war they claim to have won in 1967, when the Jews also attacked the
unarmed USS Liberty and tried to blame it on Russia or Egypt to incite Americans
to join in their War. Looks like current attacks are begging to get nuked so they
can whine about Anti-Semitism for another 100 years or so. If it wasn't for US
support at the UN, this criminality would have been stopped 50 years ago.
The Jews spokespersons said the current war on Palestine’s people stemmed
from the abduction and killing of three Israeli teens by Hamas operatives in the
West Bank in June, which prompted Israel to arrest hundreds of members of the
Islamic movement in the most sweeping crackdown in the West Bank in years.
Palestinian Hamas responded with increased rocket fire from Gaza, which
prompted more than a week of Israeli air raids followed by the ground operation.
Israel and Hamas agreed last week Tuesday to an open-ended truce. The ceasefire brought an immediate end to the fighting but left key disputes unresolved.
While Israel agreed to loosen its long-standing blockade to allow humanitarian aid and reconstruction materials into Gaza, many of the border restrictions will
remain in place. Hamas, meanwhile, rejected Israel's demands that it disarm.

them before the Jews pushed them off their land.
Peace Now said the land seizure was the largest announced by Israel in the
West Bank since the 1980s and that anyone with ownership claims had 45 days to
appeal.
Israeli Jews have come under intense international criticism over its settlement activities, which most countries regard as illegal under international law and
a major obstacle to the creation of a viable Palestinian state.
Nabil Abu Rdainah, a spokesman for Western-backed Palestinian President
Mahmoud Abbas, called on Israel to cancel the illegal land grab. "This decision
will lead to more instability. This will only inflame the situation after the war in
Gaza," Abu Rdainah said.
The U.S.’s Obama Regime, opined that "We have long made clear our opposition to continued settlement activity," said the State Department official, who
declined to be identified." This announcement, like every other settlement
announcement Israel makes, planning step they approve and construction tender
they issue, is counterproductive to Israel's stated goal of a negotiated two-state
solution with the Palestinians," the official said.
Talk is cheap, but, military and monetary aid from USA contnues to flow
into Jewish Israeli government cofferes. No sanctions imposed. More than 120
illegal Jewish settlements have been built since Israel’s occupation of the
Palestinian territories of the West Bank and East al-Quds in 1967.
After the collapse of the last round of U.S.-brokered peace talks, U.S. officials cited settlement construction as one of the main reasons for the breakdown.
The clever Jews argued that construction of 1000 Jewish residential units at
Gevaot would not constitute the establishment of a new settlement because the
site is officially designated a neighborhood of an existing Settlement, Alon Shvut,
several miles down the road. That is a fraud, but Jews got the guns!
Some 500,000 Israelis live among 2.4 million Palestinians in the West Bank
and East Jerusalem, territory that the Jewish state captured in the 1967 Middle East

The Obama-IRS head Lois Lerner has harassed, abused, and intimidated grassroots patriots who chose to stand up for limited government and our Constitution,
against the Obama dictatorship.
Obama’s attorney general Eric Holder has assigned a special prosecutor to
investigate the criminal acts alleged against Lerner and the IRS. DOJ trial attorney Barbara Bosserman – a Democrat partisan who has contributed nearly $7,000
to Barack Obama’s campaigns and other Democratic party coffers, has reportedly
been appointed as the probe's point person. [ObamaCriminals protecting more
ObamaCriminals. WTF !] Obviously there is no Law enforcement against
ObamaCriminals in hight Offices.
The politicized actions of Obama's IRS are egregious violations of the social
contract between the people of the United States and their elected servants.
Obama’s Medicare chief, Marilyn Tavenner, destroyed emails directly related
to the deeply flawed roll out of Obamacare, the subject of a Congressional subpoena. Despite clearly violating federal record keeping requirements, the Obama
Administration has done nothing to hold Tavenner accountable.
Compounded with the fact that senior IRS official Lois Lerner conveniently
"lost" emails, which had also been subpoenaed by Congress, this new discovery
paints a picture of the extent to which the criminal immigrant usurping the Office
of POTUS and his operatives will go to hide their malfeasance and their total contempt for Congress, the Constitution, and the American people is clear.
In a bombshell admission, forced out by Judicial Watch lawsuits, the Obama
Administration has disclosed that backs-ups of Loris Lerner's IRS emails do still
exist. But, the Obama’s attorneys said that this back-up system would be too
onerous to search for Lerner’s IRS emails.
This is a jaw-dropping revelation. The Obama administration had been lying
to the American people about Lois Lerner's missing emails. There are no "missing" Lois Lerner emails - nor missing emails of any of the other top IRS or other
government officials whose emails seem to be disappearing at increasingly alarming rate. All the focus on missing hard drives has been a diversion. The Obama
administration has known all along where the email records could be - but dishonestly withheld this information. You can bet we are going to ask the court for
immediate assistance in cutting through this massive obstruction of justice.
Lois Lerner has magically found some of the “lost emails” she claims disappeared when her hard drive failed three years ago.

The emails, which were supposedly “gone forever,” were apparently printed
out at one time, according to a statement by her attorney Bill Taylor.
In video footage as part of the ongoing investigation it was shown Lerner was
trying very hard to make sure her emails were non-recoverable.
We obviously disagree that disclosing the emails as required would be onerous, and plan to raise this new development with Judge Sullivan. As columnist
George Will commented on Fox News (the only network covering this major
story): I can just hardly wait until the IRS lawyers go into that courtroom and
tell the judge that it would be too onerous to stop obstructing justice in this case.

California’s
Gun Grab On NOW
Yes, and Hawaii is set up with gun registration lists to do the same to us.
The State of California’s Armed Prohibited Persons System (APPS) has created an einsatzgruppe dedicated exclusively to gun confiscation. Using gun registration lists, the APPS stormtroopers, “arriving in SUVs and dressed in black tactical uniforms … regularly sweep through California cities” to seize firearms from
people the state has designated “prohibited persons,” reports the Fresno Bee. A
criminal conviction is not necessary for enrollment on the civilian disarmament
register; all that is necessary is an official finding by the state’s Welfare bureaucracy that the gun owner is “a danger to himself or others.”
The searches and seizures are conducted without warrants — unless the targeted individuals refuse to cooperate, in which case the raiders will “seek a warrant and lock down the house until they get results.”
Buy a gun and you pay an extra State Fee, and then California Governor Jerry
Brown will use a $24 million surplus from firearms purchase fees to hire 36 new
jackboots for his gun confiscation squad, the 2nd Amendment notwithstanding.
So far, California is the only state publically know to deploy a dedicated gun
confiscation team — but it isn’t the only one to engage in pre-emptive civilian
disarmament. And, Hawaii, with its unConstitutional gun registration lists, is
poised to execute gun confication at any time.

The Obama Gun Confiscation against Military Vets started last year, Veterans
received letters declaring their incompetence, demanding they give up their guns.
So far, Obama’s gun grabbing agenda has created victims out of over 129,000
veterans—a number that is still rising. As the trend increasingly subjects additional veterans to the same treatment, Veterans are fighting back.
We all know that Obama is seeking to disarm the American people and is

The crime on our streets is a tiny fraction of the crime in the offices of our politicians and bureaucrats - the massive majority of crime is committeed by the criminal classes in power. The goal of the founders of America was to restrict government within severe limits and to protect the rights of soverign individuals. Government has NO rights!
Judges are impeachable. Furthermore, judges may be removed immediately for violating oaths of office, involvement in conspiracies, extortion, and failing to uphold their
duty to the common law. Judges can also be arrested, they are not exempt from this nor are any other officials, including the President of the United States.
Do the people have the power to do this? Yes, the people have the power to do everything to defend our country against all enemies foreign or domestic politician, and
government has no power to say otherwise. Fascist bureaucrats might send out its armed marauders, but a huge group of The People (Militia) armed with guns as guaranteed
their Right to keep and bear arms by the 2nd Amendment is likely to stop them unless the governments decide that it is time to begin mass killings of all people who believe

Incredible as it sounds the Russians are building a naval base on the Arctic
US/Alaskan Wrangell Island, and the State Department is helping the giveaway.
Russian President Putin gloats over invasion of US/Alaska islands.
Obama’s State Department has undertaken the giveaway of 8-U.S. Alaskan
islands and all the valuable resources in the guise of a maritime boundary agreement between Alaska and Siberia. It amounts to a giveaway to Russia of not
only the land territory, but also hundreds of thousands of square miles of seabeds.
Furthermore, the strategic military significance can been seen in their location in any flight path of missiles from the Asian mainland toward North
America, and in their advantageous positions for strategic defense initiative (SDI)
installations to protect U.S.A. from attack.
But, on August 20 just last week, Sailors of the Russian Pacific Fleet have
started a fleet Naval base on Wrangel Island.
"Sailors of the Russian Naby on board the Marshal Gelovani ship, have
raised a Russian naval flag on the island, which heralded stationing of a first ever
fleet base on that territory," said Captain First Rank Roman Martov.
President Vladimir Putin has said that he wants to expand Russia‘s presence
in the Arctic, both militarily and economically. And, Russia began shipping the
first oil extracted from the Arctic shelf earlier this year.
This exploitation by Russia of this treasonous secrete deal by Obama Regime
must be stopped immediately. Note: as an executive agreement, it could be
reversed with the stroke of a pen by Obama’s Secretary John Kerry.
Is this Russian military Naval Base more to Wrangll Island just a minor or
gradual military assertiveness about which USA should not concern itself?
I say NO! One could argue the Russian invasion of Ukraine—a sovereign
nation protected against Russia by the Budapest Memorandum on Security
Assurances—is far more than just “gradual military assertiveness.” I think Putin
is moving very effectively on a military level just off the coast of Alaska, USA.
Makaala! The Arctic threat from Russia is real and emerging. Both Finland
and Estonia have reported recent airspace violations from Russian military planes.
As Putin attempts to rebuild significant portions of the former Soviet military
capacity, Russia has announced that the Temp Aerodrome on the Kotelny Island
of the New Siberian Islands archipelago off Yakutia “will be upgraded to receive
Ilyushin Il-76 heavy military transport planes” all year round. The Tiksi
Aerodrome, which used to serve as a staging base for long-range Soviet bombers
to reach the United States, is being restored. Six new military camps will be set
up in the Arctic in order “to further develop the stationing of [Russian] ground
forces in the Arctic.” Russia is set to double the size of its airborne forces, with
special emphasis on Arctic capabilities.
The agreement was negotiated in total secrecy. The state of
Alaska was not allowed to participate in the negotiations, Congress was not notified, nor was the public given any opportunity for comment. The Alaska
Legislature has passed resolutions of opposition, and so has California's legislature but Obama’s State Department doesn’t seem to care.
Wrangell Island is large and it became American land in 1881 with the landing of the U.S. Revenue Marine ship Thomas Corwin. The landing party included the famed naturalist John Muir. It is 3,000 square miles in size.
Now is the time for Barack Obama or John Kerry to stand up for U.S. and
Alaskan rights and invaluable resources. The State Department’s maritime agreement is a loser, as it gives us nothing in return for giving up Alaska’s sovereign
territory and invaluable oil, mineral, fish resources. We won the Cold War and
should start acting like it.
We can't be kicked around by Russia's Putin any more.
The Obama must stop the giveaway to Russia immediately.
But Obama or Kerry never notified the United States Senate that it was negotiating over something that might result in a treaty, as required by law. Treaties
require Senate review, and in this case would require House of Representatives
implementation review because it disposes of U.S. government property.
The State of Alaska was ignored. STATE DEPARTMENT WATCH aided the
Alaska Legislature in passing several resolutions protesting the giveaway.
Previous hearings in 1991 kept the secret. The U.S. State Department continued the deception through the hearing on the proposed treaty at the Senate
Foreign Relations Committee presided over by Senator Joseph Biden Jr. [now VP
with Obama] on June 13, 1991. It completely failed to mention the existence of
the executive agreement to give away the 8-Alaskan islands to Russia.
An important distinction between a treaty and an executive agreement is that
a treaty is the supreme law of the land (over all state law too), while an executive
agreement is not superior to any conflicting state law. An executive agreement
can be rescinded by either side.
It is the opinion of STATE DEPARTMENT WATCH that the State
Department's stance is in obvious opposition to the American public interest and
that the giveaway of American/Alaska territory and vast resource-rich seabeds is a
new form of unlegislated "foreign aid". The public does not receive any identifiable quid pro quo.
Recommended Corrective Actions
1. Congress should pass legislation memorializing the policy that maritime
boundaries can be established only by treaty, and that if a maritime boundary
affects a state's territory, sovereignty, jurisdiction, or property interests, then the
state must participate in the negotiations and consent to the terms that affect the
state.
2. Congress should hold hearings to require the State Department to reveal
(a) any and all actions, directives, and personnel involved in implementing its
maritime boundary executive agreement, and (b) any actions, directives, and personnel involved in recognizing Russian control or sovereignty over Wrangell,
Herald, Bennett, Jeannette, Henrietta, or Copper Islands or Sea Otter Rock or Sea
Lion Rock.
3. The State Department should expand on the "Fact Sheet" on "Status of
Wrangell [sic] and Other Arctic Islands" to prove its assertions, and to revise its
shortcomings.
4. The State of Alaska should sue the federal government to enforce its
rights.
5. All other states should express their support for the State of Alaska. If
the State Department is allowed to give away part of a state to a foreign power
and to establish a boundary between that state and a foreign country without that
state's participation or consent, then all states are in peril of losing their important federal status.
6. The Department of the Interior should evaluate the oil, gas, and other mineral potential, and the Department of Commerce should evaluate the fishery potential for the seabeds in the Bering Sea and Arctic Ocean under consideration, so that
the value to the American public can play an appropriate place in negotiations
with the Russians.
7. The Department of State should renounce the executive agreement that
Secretary of State James A. Baker III signed. It should renegotiate a maritime
boundary which reflects that the American bargaining position that has improved
substantially since 1990 vis-a-vis the Russian government.
8. The Senate should renounce any vote on the proposed treaty, inasmuch as
it was not given a full and candid presentation by the State Department and was
never informed by the State Department from 1977-1990 of the negotiations so
that Senate could exercise its "advice" authority under the "advice and consent"
clause of the Constitution.
9. Prosecutions should begin against all officials who have participated in
this giveaway, including all civil and criminal offenses of state and federal law.
