Applications for exhibit space must include a 50 percent

• Personalized invitations for non-member dealer representatives to register and attend CONDEX
• Listing on AED’s CONDEX website with a company description and direct link to your website

• Listing in the Summit program
Exhibitor Registration:
All exhibitor personnel must register for Summit in order to participate in CONDEX, hospitality suites or any
part of the convention.
The reduced registration fee of $225 for each exhibitor representative provides access to all programs and
social events.

HOSPITALITY SUITES
Private Home Base
Create a comfortable environment in which to expand
your one-on-one meeting time with dealers. An AED
hospitality suite provides you with a private setting for
entertaining your business partners and prospects, as
well as conducting confidential business meetings.
Removal of Furniture
(allowed only for Executive Suites)
Removing furniture will result in a $300 charge,
includes placing the furniture back, plus the cost of a
second room for storing the furniture. If you choose to
remove furniture, you will need to book the suite one
day in advance and the day after you are done utilizing
the suite to allow the hotel staff to put the furniture
back.
All reservations must be guaranteed by one night’s
room and tax, which will be charged at the time the
reservation, is made. Room cancellation policy is 3
days; (72 hours).

Suites are assigned on a first-come, firstserved basis. A deposit of 50% of the applicable
AED participation fee must be included with the
suite contract. Assignments will not be made
without this deposit.
Reserving your headquarter suite is easy –
simply return a signed copy of the enclosed
hospitality suite contract along with a 50%
deposit.
All hospitality suite locations will be listed in
the Summit registration book, a pocket suites
guide at Summit, and on AED’s website.
SPECIAL VALUE PACKAGE
AED member companies hosting a hospitality
suite and exhibiting in CONDEX pay only the
higher of the two fees.
In addition to your AED hospitality suite and/
or CONDEX fee, all participants are required
to register for the convention. A reduced
