Weaver Snap Davit Kits
A set of ingenious lock-on davit fittings to
secure an inflatable boat or RIB tender to
the swim platform or transom of the main
vessel. For tenders up to 90.7kg (200lbs)
in weight. For tenders of 90.7kg and over,
the weaver arc system provides an outstanding solution. See the full range on
our website. Two davit fittings are bolted
onto the swim platform or transom of the
main vessel, the rubber pads and hooks
are attached to the tender, and these then
clip into a locked position on each davit
head, allowing the tender to be secured
and tilted into a vertical position.
Stand-off Arms & Securing Pads
Stainless steel bracket arms secure the
tender in a raised position on davits. Fixed
by a bracket to the yacht transom at its
highest point when the tender is raised
to 90 deg, and to a special moulded pad
adhered to the upper part of the tender
when raised. Provides security when underway and removes strain on the davit
fittings in keeping the tender at 90 deg.
