Ray Booth, the managing partner of the Nashville-based office, is a graduate of Auburn University’s
School of Architecture. He recently designed and built his own home a stone’s throw from Voce. The
experience of creating that house, built on a wooded hilltop lot with panoramic city views, provided
Ray with an ear acutely tuned in to Voce’s music. This neighborhood provides a unique offering – the
experience of living in a sacred natural environment, emotionally far from the city but physically nearby.
Ray knows this path well. His heart and his home are in these woods.
The firm has designed many homes on spiritually imbued sites - lakes, hillsides, mountains – anyplace
where people are called to escape the clamour of life.
