The proposed “courtyard fabric” is customized to respond to environmental conditions
such as sun and wind and to maximize social and recreational use of the ground plane.
Nearly all of the courtyard dwellings feature semi-public and private courtyards. The
remaining tower units offer the benefits of high-rise living with unencumbered views
and establish an identifiable landmark for the village.
