The Bitron Hydraulic Group is produced, assembled,

Motor for 3 way valve - Compact version
Description
The Bitron 3 way valve motor is a well known actuator
for the combi wall hung gas boilers.
It can deliver better performance compared to the previous
one with reduced dimensions and with the same type of
mechanical valve connection.
A special connector can be provided by Bitron to satisfy IP44
protection grade.
Main features
A special version with an internal spring is available
Nominal stroke is 7.5 mm or 9.5 mm with an overstroke
of ca. 3 mm
Ÿ This version is specifically developed to self adjust the
compression on the diverter valve seals during the life of
the gas wall hung boiler

Heat exchanger
Description
The Bitron Heat Exchanger is an innovative product in
the boiler market: it is flexible and easy to customize.

Disconnector
Description
It provides the hydraulic connection between the sanitary
net to the CH circuit.
An internal pressostatic device prevents the back flow from
the CH circuit to the sanitary net before the Delta pressure
between the two is 10% threshold.
The disconnector conforms to the UNI EN 1717-2002
type CA specification.
A special connector can be provided by Bitron to satisfy
IP44 protection grade.

Automatic filling valve
Description
This valve provides automatic filling of the CH circuit.
It can be supplied stand-alone or integrated into the
hydraulic group.
A wide range of both AC and DC power supply and
connections are available for the coil.
A special connector can be provided by Bitron to satisfy IP44
protection grade.

Safety valve with integrated drain trap
Description
This valve provides protection against overpressure of CH
or DW circuit.
If pressure exceeds the nominal value, the valve opens
automatically to discharge the overpressure.
Different configurations are available. Available version
without knob to prevent component misure to discharge the
CH circuit.
As option, it is also available an additional device for the
draining of the water.

Microswitch
Description
Snap action microswitches are mechatronic parts suitable for
closing, opening or switching electrical circuits under
resistance or motor loads. They are biased switched (i.e. a
stable mechanical position exists); an internal elastic element
grants the return to the initial position, once the operation is
accomplished. They are installed inside electrical circuits of
appliances, industrial devices, vehicles. Bitron Group designs
and manufactures microswitches for more than 40 years.

Proportional valve
Description
Based on standard Bitron solenoid valve, this device used in
combination with a flowmeter and temperature sensors can
modulate the sanitary water flow to ensure an optimized

Description
An inductive sensor (LVDT- linear variable differential
transformer) suitable in particular for the CH circuit of
the wall-mounted boilers.
It generates a voltage signal proportional to the
pressure detected.

Description

Flow meter
Description
This device detects the water flow rate into the domestic
water circuit.
The rotation of the impeller is detected by a hall sensor.
The rotational speed of the rotor is proportional to the
flow rate through a constant K factor.

MR 330 gearmotor
Description
The Bitron MR 330 gearmotor, composed by metal
cases, plastic and metal gear wheels, is a well known
model for heavy loads and long life applications.
Supplied with AC synchronous motor, sized on customer
requests, with different power and coil windings and
designed for continuous or variable duty cycle.
Main features
It is mainly applied to make any type of device turn, the
new development has been optimised for low noise
purposes, as pellet stoves, to move the feed screw.
The output shaft and thermal protected versions are
available on request.
