For High School Bowlers
Attention: High School Bowlers
It’s back! Get ready for the 2nd Annual Turbo Tech Collegiate Expo scheduled
July 9-12, 2012 at Super Bowl in Canton, Michigan. Our inaugural event in 2011
was an overwhelming success with praises and thanks from students, parents
and coaches alike. We are truly inspired and can’t wait to get the ball rolling
this year!
In addition to the unique recruiting opportunities and access to college programs
from around the country, The Turbo Tech Collegiate Expo offers 2-full days of
on-lane and classroom instruction with some of the best coaches in the world.
Sports Psychologist Dr. Dean, a big hit with students last year, will be back again
to enlighten and motivate our energetic group. He also has a NEW session just
for Parents! Students will enjoy the chance to demo many of the hottest new
bowling balls on the market. Brand experts from all major bowling ball brands
will be available to answer your questions during our Welcome Reception and
again on Wednesday afternoon during the on-lane demonstrations. They will
also provide helpful arsenal evaluations.
The Expo concludes on Thursday, July 12th with the Audition Scholarship
Tournament sponsored by Ebonite. All registered coaches will receive a
complete bio on each student which includes student photo, contact information
along with academic and sport proficiency details. This is your chance to get
noticed! Five hundred dollars in college scholarships will also be awarded.
Over the past 21 years, Turbo has sponsored many youth events but none more
inspiring and rewarding than The Collegiate Expo. It’s an ideal platform for high
school bowlers, parents and collegiate coaches to meet and explore various
bowling programs and scholarship opportunities.
Don’t delay! Registration is limited to ONLY 168 students. For more information,
please contact our office directly at 800.530.9878 or visit our web site at
www.turbogrips.com. On-line registration available. We look forward to seeing
you this spring.
