A
n addition in the
second floor allows
for this magnificent
master suite retreat.
The master-bathroom suite features a walk-in
shower with spray and steam features, a soaking
area with built-in TV and fireplace, a waterfall
accent, double vanities, make-up area, water closet
room with linen cabinet and separate storage
room for off-season storage.
Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is
a built-in piece with refrigerated beverage drawers
that are accessible from both the bedroom and the
bathroom areas.

Lumicor insert in the door leading to off-season storage room;

he master bedroom features wainscoting panels all
around with a built-in headboard with woven leather
inserts. It is also a custom armoire that houses refrigerator
drawers in the bottom and a small coffee maker on the upper
portion hidden behind retractable doors.
Behind the waterfall there is a walk-in shower with two set of
sprays, for him and her, and two separate water closets areas, hers with bidet
and his with a urinal.
The master bathroom suite features a soaking area facing the fireplace that is open
to the bedroom, with double vanities on one side and a make-up area in the other.

he closet has become the new luxury room in upscale homes. Closets are the private “icing on the cake” and,
along with the English-style dressing room, are a pleasure to show off with built-in furniture, smooth granite
or marble tops, island storage, seating areas and more.
The wardrobe room includes unique features such as concealed washer and dryer, an island with leather top and built-in hampers, concealed ironing board,

Concealed washer and dryer adds convenience without
detracting from the elegant look of this dressing room.
The master bedroom features white painted custom built-ins around the Calacatta
Gold Marble fireplace and TV unit. The cabinetry is accented with decorative gold
details and mother of pearl and jade encrusted hardware. Designer, Judith Whalen,
finished the opposite wall with upholstered ultra-suede robin’s egg blue wainscot
panels for a classic timeless look.
This wardrobe space includes a concealed safe room or panic room, that doubles as a cedar closet. It also features an island with leather top and built-in
