More depth can be added to the seats to offset the height and make the seating
more comfortable. The seating backs can be wedged for comfort, so that each
frame tapers at the top, from 3 inches to 1 inch. That means the lower section
flares out slightly, for a 2 inch setback that supports the lower back. Seat design
can be varied depending on the environment, i.e. for night club - lower back can
be used.
Heavy duty foam is used on the seat base and is upholstered in fire rated upholstery
and foam. Also feathers can be used for more slouchy (nightclub) seating, which
are pocketed so that they do not sink or sag over time.
Seat Construction
Concealed in the bottom of the moulded seating are it’s frame and it’s tough nonsag springs. Cushions and padding sit on top of the spring system.
Seat backs are constructed of a wood frame covered in a deep density layer of
foam.
All seat backs can be made to any height - including up to, and along the ceiling.
Each seat base is made using only the finest of raw materials.
All seating bases are made to the required fire regulations.
