How to put on Marena garments:
For garments covering the mid and lower body:
1. Make sure the size label is on the inside of the garment, in the back.
2. Open zipper(s) and/or all of the hooks (if applicable).
3. Place your feet into the leg openings and gently pull the garment up your legs as if you were putting on pantyhose (be careful with sharp fingernails).
4. Align crotch opening as you pull the garment up (if applicable).
5. If the garment has shoulder straps, slide onto each arm and adjust them for best fit.
For styles covering the chest and/or arms:
1. Make sure the size label is on the inside of the garment, in the back.
2. With the garment completely open, slide each arm into the arm holes/sleeves.
3. Close the hooks/zipper. The middle row is usually the best fit for hook-and-eye closures.
4. The shoulder straps, if applicable, may be adjusted as needed.
For styles covering the face or part of the face:
1. Place the chin in the chin cup (located with the vertical seam).
2. Close the hook-and-loop closure over the head about 2” behind the forehead.
3. Close the 2nd hook-and-loop closure behind the neck.

We guarantee all garments for 14 days after receipt to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed after 14 days of receipt. Returned items
must be received at Marena within 10 days after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
For custom, Made To Measure or special order products: These items are not eligible for return, refund
or exchange. All returns must be in their original product packaging except for those returned for
manufacturing defect.
Please note: All returns are subject to inspection before refunds or exchanges are issued*. Refunds
or exchanges will not be issued for garments that are: soiled, altered, washed, worn, damaged,
emitting odors (including, but not limited to, detergent, lotion, fragrances, sweat, smoke or food) or
indicating that they have come into contact with other irritants/allergens (such as pet hair or dander).
*Items returned for manufacturing defect are accepted regardless of condition.
To return a garment
Please contact the doctor, practice, website or distributer from whom you purchased your garments. All
returns sent to Marena require a Return Authorization number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, please contact
the Marena Professional Advocacy Care Team at 1-888-4-Marena or email returns@marenagroup.
com. Garments returned without a return authorization will not be processed.
When an RA# has been obtained, ship the item(s) back to Marena via the carrier of your choice
(tracking number recommended for the shipment). Marena will not pay the shipping cost to return
the garment. Returns are processed within 2 business days from receipt. Please mail the garment
with your Return Authorization label affixed to the outside of the shipping package to:

Chest - Measure the
widest part of the chest
near the underarms.
Arm - Measure the widest
part of the upper arm.
Waist - Measure at the navel,
between the lowest rib and
hip, identified by bending the
body to the side. Measure
facing the side of the patient.
Hip - Measure around the
fullest part of the hip and
buttock. Measure facing
the side of the patient.
Thigh - Measure the
widest part of the thigh,
near the crotch.
Arm - Measure at the
widest part of the arm.
Bust - Measure at the
widest point of the bust.
Under Bust - Measure
around the body directly
under the bust.
Waist - Measure at

Measuring Tips:
1. Measure pre-operatively with procedure in mind.
2. High-volume liposuction and full body lifts must be measured post-operatively to ensure
correct fit.
3. Select the larger size if your size range falls between two different sizes.
4. Avoid full-body garments if size variation is extreme or if patient is over 5’8” (female) or
6’2” (male).
