culture, the iconic resort, Royal Hawaiian Hotel,
was the site to the 8th annual Hawaii’s Top 100
Realtors in 2014. On the oceanfront, famed
Waikiki Beach, Hawaii Business Magazine,
American Home Loans (a division of American
Savings Bank), along with the State of Hawaii’s
Top 100 agents and their invited guests convened
to celebrate this year’s honored recipients.
Since 2007, Hawaii Business Magazine, one of
Hawaii’s most distinguished magazines, has
recognized the Top 100 Realtors from across the
State of Hawaii with an exclusive gala event with
live entertainment, along with a featured section
in the June 2014 issue of Hawaii Business
Magazine. The prestigious honorees and guests were treated with a
festive, cocktail reception with live entertainment by HTS. Additional
special recognition awards were also presented. The 2014 Lifetime
Achievement Honoree went to Mr. Scott Bradley, President of Bradley
Properties, Ltd and Co-Managing Director of RT, LLC Investment
Company. Scott was formally President and co-manager of Coldwell
Banker Pacific Properties. The 2014 Developer of the Year was awarded
to D.R. Horton Hawaii, a Kama’aina company with deeps roots in Hawaii
and one of largest homebuilders in the nation. D.R. Horton has been
building brand new home development communities throughout Hawaii
since 1972.

Island and Kauai, Realtors* are then contacted and their totals verified.
Hawaii Business Magazine, along with American Home Loans and a host

only objective public acknowledgement of highest performers of Realtors
in the State of Hawaii.
