This year was a great year for both Youth Fair entries, and
for the Youth Fair Auction and Raffle. We rocked with 120
Youth Fair entries!
We are proud to annouce that this year the two events
raised a total of $1874! That means that Erath County
United Way and Erath County Humane Society will receive
much needed funds for their endeavors.
Remember, if it was not for United Way sponsoring our local
4-H program, 4-Hers would have to spend a lot more time
fundraising throughout the year. There would also be no
funds available to pay team entry fees and assist with costs
for Roundup and other activities.
Thank you to all the 4-Hers who put their Youth Fair items in
the Silent Auction. Also, thank you to all the clubs for making
such unique and creative baskets for the raffle.
All of you did a great job, making this year a big success!

THANK
YOUR BUYER!
Our office should
receive the County
Show Buyers
list soon.
Checks will probably
be ready around the
beginning of March.
Most of you realize
that the success of
our County Show
depends on our
buyers, and you write
your thank you notes
right away to show
your appreciation.
Just a reminder...
Thank you notes (or
copies of them) must
be brought to the
Extension Office--stamped & ready to
mail, before checks
can be picked up.
NO EXEPTIONS!
Call the office to
verify your buyers
to make sure you
are not missing any
add-on buyers.
