Introduction
This small and friendly beachside hotel is named after the unique Coco de Mer
Palm tree which, although extremely rare, occurs in abundance in the tropical
forests surrounding the property. Spacious standard and superior rooms are
complemented by the Black Parrot Junior Suites perched on an imposing granite
out-crop, that offer magnificent views of the ocean.
The hotel’s jetty provides a romantic spot for sipping cocktails or having a
romantic dinner whilst watching the glorious sunsets. The hotel offers a great range
of activities such as nature walks and sunset cruises, as well as a shuttle service to
other beaches.

Coco de Mer is situated at Anse Bois de Rose, on the southwest coast and is just 20
minutes from the airport at Praslin and 15 minutes from Baie Ste Anne jetty. From
May to October the beach may be prone to seaweed but the hotel offers
complimentary transfers to the stunning Anse Lazio beach.

Dining
The Coco de Mer & Black Parrott Suites are available on a Bed & Breakfast and
Half Board basis.
The main Hibiscus restaurant serves a full English breakfast and a variety of
delicious Creole, International and buffet cuisines, accompanied on some evenings
by local bands and singers. The Mango terrace bar and grill also offers an à la carte
lunch and dinner menu.
Rooms
The 40 spacious chalet-style rooms are all sea-facing with a private terrace. The
Black Parrot Junior Suites are situated just above the main hotel and have their own
reception and lobby.
