more than 70 countries value the quality and design of the sinks
manufactured exclusively at the company’s headquarters in the
Bavarian Forest (Germany). More than a million sinks are manufactured with the Schock method across the globe each year.
The possibilities offered by innovative nanotechnology enabled
Schock to achieve a quantum leap over conventional sinks in
terms of quality, ease of care and protection against bacteria
with the development of the premium Cristadur material in 2005.

CRISTADUR® – HYGIENE WITH AN EXQUISITE SHEEN
CRISTADUR® is Schock’s premium material, alongside CRISTASTONE®. The material is specially developed for the demands of
the kitchen. The rigours of everyday use vanish from CRISTADUR®
sinks without a trace – red wine, coffee and heavy pans leave
no marks whatsoever. The material is particularly easy to clean,
safe for use with food and finished with Schock Antibac. This
hygiene protection system, exclusive to Schock, uses natural
silver ions to inhibit 95% of bacterial growth, which makes doing
kitchen chores a more hygienic and carefree experience. Schock
Antibac is the first and so far the only antibacterial hygiene protection system for the kitchen sink.
Furthermore, CRISTADUR® has an extremely fine nanostructure,
allowing for unprecedented ease of care and featuring the Nanoclean effect (lotus effect). Dirt that could be a breeding ground
for bacteria finds it impossible to stick to the material’s surface.
It simply runs off.
An added benefit of CRISTADUR® is its silky-smooth finish, giving
the material a delicate shimmer and a soft feel with maximum resistance to dirt and scratches.
Around 85% of the material used in Schock’s CRISTADUR® sinks
is quartz, the hardest constituent of granite, which is why they are
also known as granite sinks.
The granite is coupled with a high-grade acrylic binder. It is this
combination of acrylic and granite that gives the sinks their
durability.
The granite sinks developed and patented by Schock have
achieved a highly acclaimed reputation as premium products
over the past twenty years, with more than a million of the
sinks sold across the globe each year.

Making life more hygienic and carefree.
Antibac
Sinks used to prepare food or wash dishes and pans provide
a breeding ground for bacteria. Schock Antibac is the first
and so far the only antibacterial hygiene protection system
for the kitchen sink. The integrated protection mechanism
uses natural silver ions to reduce bacterial growth by 95%.
Nanoclean effect
The premium CRISTADUR® material additionally offers the
Nanoclean effect. The material’s nanostructure is so fine that
it is virtually impossible for bacteria and dirt to stick to the
surface. It simply runs off.

where horizontal lines predominate. The quality

The Vero is a classic sink that is
perfect in form. It has a large, deep
bowl. The long tap-hole platform
can be equipped with up to five holes,
easily accommodating a tap, a control knob for the pop-up waste, a
