Add at least 2” more in clearance with these solidly built Tube Flares.
Designed and made by Warrior, USA, we like that they come powder
coated. That’s a major expense saved over raw flares. Quality is
very good. Hardware is old school but holds up really well. 1 ½”
tubing and optional LED Signal Light Kit can be incorporated into the
leading edge of the front flares, complete with wiring harness for an
easy installation which is sold separately. Black powder-coated to
provide a durable finish and paint-able. Sold as a pair.

Engineered to provide corrosion protection and weather-resistance. Our proprietary
6-stage system starts with media blasting the entire part, to remove contaminants
and prep the metal surface for the best possible adhesion. Next, any seams are
sealed with 3M Scotch-Weld to block moisture from entering and causing corrosion
where the powder can not reach. The first coat to be applied is a zinc-rich powdered black primer, which is baked on to form an impenetrable bond between the
metal product and the coating. The primer is black--rather than traditional gray--so
that any rock chips or trail damage are less conspicuous. The final top coat is an
industrial grade, “super-durable” architectural finish in semi-gloss black, which is
engineered to retain its appearance through years of exposure to sun and weather.
SpyderShell is a coating process unmatched by any other Jeep armor aftermarket
manufacturer, for which they are confident in offering a 5-year warranty on materials
and workmanship.

Bushwacker® Pocket Style Flares, ABS
All Bushwacker flare kits are made of ABS and will install using factory holes, giving the look of being bolted
onto the Jeep . The factory Width version looks great with any aftermarket or factory wheel combinations. The
“Extended Coverage” Version is 2” wider than stock. They look best with 10” wide wheels with deep offset such as
-44m. We recommend the textured finish if you don’t intend to paint the flares in vehicle color.

Rugged Ridge® Hurricane Flat Fender Flares
The Hurricane Flat Fender Flares feature a unique double bolt pocket as
a modern spin on classic pocket flare styling. Engineered for both form
and function, the fender flare’s unique shape complements the Wrangler’s
rugged looks and lines, while mounting high up on the fender for extra
clearance for oversized wheels and tires and thereby offering 2.89-inch
more tire coverage and 1-inch more tire clearance over similar OE
designs. Each flare features a 2-inch larger wheel opening allowing for
larger wheel/tire combos. Each 6.68-inch wide fender flare is constructed
from durable black injection molded thermoplastic that can be painted or
left unfinished. The Hurricane Flat Fender Flares come complete with a
set of durable black corrosion resistant fasteners.

Designed to replace the original flares, these tube flares mount onto existing
fender wells with minimal drilling. Constructed of 1.5” tubing these flares
come in black diamond plate or 12 gauge powder coated steel. An optional
