Our cart security systems start with the basics: a front access
control panel with a key lock and a color-coded re-lock handle within easy reach.
Combine these basics with a patented (US Patent #
6511138) drawer “grabber” locking system that provides
assurance that patient drawers that look locked are locked.

Basic touchpad unlocking allows a cart to be
opened with a valid entry code instead of a
metal key. The programmable touchpad has
error and battery indicator lights and is powered
by long-lasting disposable batteries.

Various card readers can be added to carts
with full feature touchpad, including bar code,
magnetic stripe and proximity. Reader options
allow the cart to be unlocked by swiping an
authorized card with or without an optional PIN.

MAXIMUM RELIABILITY
Keyless narcotic/storage drawers, available with full feature
touchpad, are double-locked for added security. Individually
assigned codes with optional PINs allow authorized persons
to open drawers without a key. Drawers include an override
key lock for manual access.
LockAlert automatic locking includes a motion sensor that
resets the timer while the cart is in use. The time-out period is adjustable and the battery is rechargeable. Available
for key locking or touchpad locking carts.

and 10"[254mm] to accommodate a variety of storage needs. Double-lock one or several drawers to
provide controlled storage for narcotics or electronic equipment (dopplers, scanners, etc.).

Lionville Series Carts are designed for visual appeal
without compromising function and quality. Their
contemporary look and neutral color tones complement virtually every nursing unit’s decor. Lionville
Carts are built with nurse-friendly features developed
to save time and enhance performance. Our confidence in the quality of our workmanship is backed by
a full five-year warranty on all basic components.
Multi-pivot computer arms pivot in all directions for optimum
accessibility and viewing from all angles. Arms are designed for
monitors, laptops (shown) and all-in-one computers and can be
mounted to the top of a cart or its left side.
Reinforced exchange cassettes molded
of ABS plastic have an integral stainless
support to prevent breakage. Available
in one tier or two tier sizes, a quick-clip
fastener allows cassettes to be stacked
together in any configuration to facilitate exchange.
Interchangeable storage drawers are 16"[406mm]
wide and 12"[305mm] deep and available in one,
two, three and four tier heights. Drawers and
cassettes can be mixed within each cart. Organize
with dividers to keep storage and patient drawers
neat and uncluttered.
Large patient drawers in two widths, 5" (127mm) and
71/2"(191mm) have interchangeable clear face plates to hold
name tags at easy-to-read angles. Divider channels allow
drawers to be separated into a variety of compartments.
71/2" (191mm) wide drawers are robot-compatible without
any modifications.

Designed for transport of exchange cassettes
The two-sided configuration of these carts provides easily
accessible storage of Lionville exchange cassettes. The
carts’ compact bodies and wide wheelbases help to prevent
tipping particularly when traveling in and out of elevators or rolling
on uneven floors. Two of the carts are low in height (38"H [965mm]
and 531/8"H [1349mm]) to provide personnel with good visibility
during transport - virtually eliminating any blind spots. The 48-tier
model includes45.0"
