Rotor assemblies are cleaned, balanced, and restored
to like-new condition. We can also re-rate assemblies
to match your current flow and pressure needs.
Centrifugal Coolers
Efficient cooling ensures efficient compressor operation – savings you
can see in your energy bills. In our Cooler Cell, coolers are cleaned,
repaired as needed, and undergo hydrostatic testing to ensure
reliable operation. To further extend compressor life and troublefree cooling, we recommend regular cooling system maintenance.
Casing Restoration
Through careful remanufacturing and added machining if needed,
we can return a casing to current engineering requirements.
To ensure precise alignment of moving parts, older casings
undergo a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) check,
restoring critical dimensions to OEM specifications.
