Dear Valued Business Owner,
Hell’s Point Golf Club, Sandbridge Island Restaurant, and Sandbridge Events and Gift Baskets are teaming up this
year to start an annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit local organizations and to kick off the tourist season
with an event aimed at bringing all the locals together. This year the beneficiary will be the Sandbridge
Volunteer Rescue Squad.
There will be a few key components that will help make this tournament a success. One of course is a full field of
golfers, second and no less important, is a full list of Sponsors. Also, donations of goods for our silent auction are
needed and greatly appreciated.

These sponsorship levels are still available:
Closest to the Pin Sponsors: $350.
Will sponsor prize Par 3 Holes which includes larger signs displaying prize for the closest to pin as well as the
sponsor name and logo-The opportunity exists here to donate a prize to reduce cost of sponsorship on these holes.
Par 3s get the most exposure, which makes these highly sought after holes to sponsor. This also includes your
Logo printed on all promotional material advertising this event.
Hole Sponsors: $200
Sponsor Sign on Sponsored Hole plus logo included in all promotional material for event. Your business is welcome
to set up at your hole and hand out promotional material to golfers.

We encourage and welcome any of the sponsors to be present at the event. Some sponsors like to set up
on the hole that is designated to their business and hand out promotional material, AND/OR you may
choose to purchase a foursome and play in the event.
