exhaust systems are a direct replacement for the original equipment and are

Precision crafted using 100% T-304 stainless steel and mandrel bending;
this exhaust system is manufactured as a direct bolt-on replacement for
the factory system. The Route 66 system has a very distinctive muscle car
idle note that emits a true touring performance sound on the highway and
will garner an additional 11 RWHP on your C6. With the Evolution System
you get the great Billy Boat Performance Exhaust sound and style without
the annoying resonance common with 2006-07 paddle shift automatic
transmissions.
The PRT (Purge Resonance Technology) system flawlessly tunes the exhaust
sound and allows maximum performance. B&B’s “purge chamber” cancels out,
all unwanted low-rpm interior resonance, while having the performance of a high
flow design. The exterior sound is commanding, emitting a throaty idle and a stout
wide-open-throttle attitude.

B&B "Fusion " Exhaust System
The Fusion is a bi-modal exhaust system, meaning it has two passages that exhaust can
travel through. Each of the mufflers has two outlets, with one side having a butterfly type
valve (ECU controlled on the Z06 & 2009 C6 with NPP) which allows the exhaust flow
to be shut off, regulating which side of the muffler flows exhaust. One side of the
muffler is the “quiet” side, and one side is the “loud” side. The “quiet”
side is a smaller, muffled chambered tube, while the “loud”
side is 3" tubing straight through.

These are Aft-Cat systems designed to replace the dual mufflers at
the rear of the car with our revolutionary single center- mount muffler
which incorporates the famed “X”into the muffler itself (muffler in tunnel
location). The performance increases and weight savings of this system are
superior to dual-muffler systems. Highly polished quad 4" tips with optional
polished billet inserts finish off these systems of extraordinary performance
and quality. C6 systems feature 2 ½" mandrel bent tubing and Z06 systems
feature full length 3" tubing. C6 systems are available in our GT Pro or
GT Race versions. The GT Pro is aggressive on acceleration, yet mild
at cruising speeds minimizing cabin resonance. The GT race version

Heated oxygen sensors (HO2S) are used for fuel control and post catalyst
monitoring. Each HO2S compares the oxygen content of the surrounding air
with the oxygen content of the exhaust stream. The HO2S must reach operating
temperature to provide an accurate voltage signal. Heating elements inside the
HO2S minimize the time required for the sensors to reach
operating temperature. Your ECM then adjusts your engine
to the reading it receives from the sensors.

LG Headers
These headers are true long tubes (32" x 1.75" primary tubes) perfect for
mild to wild LS engines. Its full 3" x-pipe (standard) and race style 3" merge
collectors are included for better scavenging. Also included are “off road”
pipes for track use. These headers are mandrel bent construction using T-304
stainless alloy and available with or without cats. Available in a 3" premium
high performance metal matrix catalytic converter (no converter flows more).
Easy bolt-on installation with NO CUTTING or WELDING. It’s a great fit and
finishes with no ground clearance issues.
