the same time, Paul Semonin, Sr.
was opening a real estate
office on the second floor of
the Old Courier Journal
Building on 4th and Green.

Company starts
production in its
new plant on
South Third Street.
Paul Semonin, Sr. was responsible
to a large extent for the Ford
Motor Company locating in this
city, and sold them this site at a
big price.

The Louisville Real Estate
Board establishes the city’s
