THE AINBINDER COMPANY ANNOUNCES NEW LEASES
IN COSTCO – ANCHORED CEDAR PARK TOWN CENTER

The Ainbinder Company has entered into leases with several new tenants for Cedar Park Town
Center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 183A and Whitestone Blvd. (FM 1431) in
Cedar Park, Texas. In addition to Costco Wholesale Club, which opened last fall, The Ainbinder
Company has now signed leases with At Home, a 108,000 sq. ft. home furnishings store, In N
Out Burgers, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, PDQ Chicken, Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant,
Pieology, Care Spot, Vert’s, Town Center Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Sushi Fever, Bella Nail Salon, Zoe’s
Kitchen, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sleep Number, Smoothie King, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Mattress Pro, TLC Pediatric Dentistry and Pro Nail Salon.
Cedar Park Town Center will comprise approximately 340,000 sq. ft. of leasable area on 42 acres
of land upon completion. All that remains to be leased are one outparcel and 12,000 sq. ft. of
lease space fronting on U.S. Highway 183A.
According to Bart Duckworth, President of The Ainbinder Company, “I’ve been doing this for
a really long time, and I have never seen a project of this size lease up this fast.”
